What About Panic Attack Treatment?
I suffer from panic attacks to the point where I have had to have an ambulance called to assist me.
My answer to this question is not an exact treatment but helpful when having one, TRY and relax, breath slowly inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, this slow breathing WILL slow your heart rate down allowing you to start relaxing.
This I know can be difficult when you feel that you cannot breath and you are panicking for air but trust me it does work. I also understand how scary it is, especially when it happens and you are on your own but trust in your own ability to control the attack. When you have done it once you start to build up the confidence that you are in control and like me, will have less panic attacks.

Ambien is a grey area. As far as I know there is no commercially available drug test to determine if ambien is present in urine. However, it does replicate benzos like Xanax & acts on similar receptors in the brain. So logic tells me the detox time would be similar. but I can't say for sure... No. Better to switch all your dose to diazepam. Safer, and you can schedule to reduce your overall daily dose 0.5 mg diazepam every 2 weeks.

Very few doctors know anything about dosages and how much can kill about any other medicines. In one report a patient took 400 Ambien pills and didn't die! The only way to die from benzodiapenes is to take a very large amount along with a very large amount of alcohol. And of course there's always the warnings of cold turkey. If you take large amounts of other medicines for a while and cold turkey it could kill you, but no one was died from a benzodiapene alone for any reason whatsoever whether it be overdose, cold turkey, etc. With benzodiapenes it's all just very uncomfortable. If you're an addict to anything and want to stop it's best to cut down little by little and it may take some time. Many broken promises can happen and loss of trust too. It can take a while and the addict may keep trying and promise and break them on numerous occasions for a long time but things always turn out good in the end if you really try!!
