Do parakeets eat other parakeet?

Parakeets are technically omnivores, but the animal-derived food that they normally eat is the occasional insect. It's not common for them to eat meat. Are blue parakeets good for children under the age of 14?

I am sad to say NO, they do not get along with children under the age of 14. One day when a friend of mine had a blue parakeet and her 11 year old was saying hello, the parakeet bit her and tries to peck her eye. Do not get a blue parakeet unless you have a child 14 or older!!!!!

Why does a chicken head bob when walking?
