If it's in the Northern Hemisphere and sort of greenish, the size of a Robin, it's probably a either a Bohemian or Cedar Waxwing. See links below.

Well right now there is a robin nest on my roof. They like to build nest in trees,house,buildings, forests. There are probably a lot of other places too :)

I wish I could answer this! I just saw a bird on my feeder with black wings and back, white underbelly, and an orange chest patch. I can't find it online anywhere!! I wonder if this is the same type of bird you saw. It was in central MA.
