Click on the settings button, the one next to your log out button. On the left side of the page is a list of options, click on the bottom one (which should be your blog) and then check the ask box!

If your blog is hosted on your site, you should be able to add the sitemap directly with your other pages. If your blog is with an external blogging platform like Blogger.com, you shouldn't need to add a sitemap. There's plenty of free services to use and host your blog. There are two great ones that are user friendly and help you with your first time Blogging.

1. Blogger - This is partnered with Google and is easy and accessible to make a post at any given time.

2. Wordpress - Allows for high customization with your blog and they have a wide range of widgets and options you can do for your blog.

3. Tumblr - This is "micro-blogging". It's easy to make a post from anywhere at any giving time. Just upload a picture and it's there on your blog in a couple of seconds.
