My husband is hard of hearing and the bluetooth he can hear the best on is the original Jawbone 1. He especially likes the noise cancellation feature. The newer versions of the Jawbone such as Icon and Hero and even the Jawbone II are not as loud. We haven't found any of the other brands, new or old, that are as loud.
