In my opinion, the only way to reconcile all of this, and truly respect all faiths, is to leave it up to each individual unit to define what is moral. Forcing any particular point of view fails to respect the others.

Once a badge is awarded it cannot be taken back so you will not lose your rank. If your service hours,camping logs, etc are stored in the book, and no where else, you may have a problem.
