Yes you can take paracetamol. Do not take too many doses. If they pain doesn't go after a day see your doctor.
Don't worry about it. There simply aren't any formulas. I never had any Braxton Hicks contractions that I was aware of, and was 7 cm dilated when I went to see my doctor, who thought I'd deliver that afternoon.
In reality, I didn't go into labor for another week--which was one week past my due date. Soon your baby will let you know, "It's time!" If necessary, your doctor will have a point at which he or she will make the decision to induce labor, so there's no danger. Best of luck to you.

Hun it wounds very much like what i had with both my daughters from 37 weeks onwards and yes it does feel like cramping but quite strong, but YES that is what i was told was Braxton Hicks, Best of Luck x
It sounds very much like you are pregnant, but you really need to go to a doctor to find out for sure. I urge you to go immediately.
I dont think it is bad . It is caled breakthrough bleeding. It like getting your period. If you didn't get it then I would worry. Unless you want to be pregnant..
Yes, it is normal. What you are experiencing may be Braxton-Hicks contractions. These contractions are "practice" for the real thing. If you are experiencing period-like cramping, you should call your doctor. If those cramps become regular (time them) or if your water breaks, go to the hospital.
Braxton Hicks can be quite regular and can come 5 or 10 minutes apart but they are not making changes in the cervix. The easiest way to tell Braxton Hicks from true labor is to drink a glass of water or juice, and change your activity. If walking, lie down - if lying down, take a walk. Labor will not stop when you move around or stop what you are doing, Braxton Hicks generally will.
If you are having regular contractions it is best to call your doctor or hospital for an evaluation - many women have quite painful Braxton Hick's and many women have very little pain from early contractions that could signal early labor.
Nope. Only some do. The lucky ones don't. The Braxton Hicks is just the preparation contractions. Letting you know that your baby is almost ready. They contractions come usually after 6 months. My doctor said there not supposed to hurt, but mines did. I thought I was in labor and I went to the doctor and my doctor sent me home saying that they are just Braxton Hicks and there nothing to be worried about.
According to my midwife today, yes it is. I'm 14 weeks and have been feeling BH for a few days now. This is my second child.
false labor the contractions are irregular and don't last very long, true labor they are regular and increase in intensity. Also, before you go into labor you'll have your water break and a few days before hand, you'll experience the baby dropping into the birthing position.
No, it's not unusual. Braxton Hicks are normally quite painful
no they are not usually painful! they are normally just uncomfortable. its the real contractions that start to hurt. occasionally i believe braxton hicks can cause very minor pain, but mostlythey are just tight and uncomfortable and sometimes feels like period cramps.
yes it is normal because the baby be pushing on your bladder and you get a tingly feeling like you have to go to the bathroom its okay but if its dampness and mucous like then you worry and go to the doctors
well it depends on when you got pregnant. if you go to a search engine such as google and type in due date calculator, then you can find out how many weeks you are, by using your first day of your last menstrual period, or your due date if given by the doctor you seen.
Practice contractions. The tightening of your stomach muscles and uterus preparing you for active labor
Braxton Hicks contractions come from a Doctor named John Braxton Hicks. He was the first doctor to ever describe what these type of contractions were. This was back in the mid-late 1800s.
I am 40 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby and experience strong braxton hicks for about 4 weeks. The babys head is on zero since 3 weeks and i dilated to 3 cm about 2 weeks ago, and i am still waiting. If you still have your mucus plug I would guess you have another 2 - 3 weeks... but who knows, the little treasures come when they are ready and not us! Good luck and hang in there
Some are fortunate enough to have breastmilk before delivery of their baby. This usually happens more on multigravida.
ummm i don't know about this but most of i read is this that if the woman is good if the woman is smiling then u also got baby good but when u r in flu i think that's clear that something also happened with kid but don't scared my sister u must u must want to check urself a one lady doctor she is tell u normally and also u may want to check urself and take medicine which is good for u in pregnancy don't eat any kind of medicine which someone give u or its normal to eat and u must care for urself how much u care urself u also got a good 100% baby exchange in all care
....Tarzan Bhai....
but most of its not dangerous completely its dangerous for ur baby health
No not really, your body is getting ready for the real thing. These early contractions are very light compared to the real thing. If you are worried, time these contractions, if they are not steady, they are just your body getting ready for birth.
