YES! Sometime it can, but I'm not sure it dose it as much as it use to. A few years farmers were giving there cow hormones as a result of getting milk faster. and there were parents complaining about their little girl developing too fast. So I guess it still kinda dose and something else to try if you are wanting to make your breasts bigger is wheat bread.

You can. I am 15 years old and i am a 30B. You have to go through a phase of eat loads one day then barely eat for the next few. I am very skinny and this seems to make mine grow a little each month. There is no way to make your breasts grow. Your breasts will grow depending on your hormones - it is impossible to change your hormones.

Products that claim to be able to increase breast size are fake and usually extremely harmful to you. they just exist so the criminal organisations can make a profit out of your vulnerability. The same applies to diet pills and penis enlargement pills - they're all fake.

Shea butter is certainly an ingredient in some creams and lotions which are claimed to promote breast growth. A TV show about this showed a girl who wanted surgery to go from 36B to a D cup. she was measured and given a 32D cup bra which fitted her perfectly and she looked fantastic. Exercise to build up the pectoral muscles which lie behind the breast may make them stand out more, be perkier.
