I have been researching this very question for the past several days because I have developed a rash at 10 days post op from my breast augmentation. This is what I have found out so far.

1. Most plastic surgeons will tell you it is not due to your augmentation and will treat with various medicinal and topical regimes related to the symptoms and not the cause. Some sites warn you about the possibility of silicone reaction but don't go into detail.

2. Women with rashes will receive this treatment with some success. Basically, the rash will diminish or go away but for some, it will come back periodically.

What I get from Dr. Myhill's comments is that the body will try to protect you from the silicone and this "fight" going on in your body will manifest itself in other disorders, like rashes and autoimmune disorders.

4. Vitamin D somehow is very important in a couple of ways. Your plastic surgeon will recommend it if you develop capsular contracture. The above mentioned article says vitamin D with essential fatty acids can "reduce the autoimmunity".

well,there are many ways but at the moment im 13 and ive tried some of this ways and i found they worked..

1) massage your brests (even if it hurts) this is suppost to massage the tissue and mucle on your chest.(i tired that one and found it helped a little bit only if you masage it vfor 10 mins every day)

2) try rubbing butter over your breast that is suppost to stimulate your groth span in your breast?(stangely i tried this one to and foung that it did work.)

3) eat sessemi seed. there suppost to help them grow somehow but i tried that to even though i hate the taste of them i toulk a handfull of them everday and found that worked to.

for me all of these remedies worked so i would try the out:)
