Why do i have abdominal pain after sex 5 weeks after my c section?
Most likely the surgical site hasn't fully healed. Usual recovery time is 6 weeks and doctors avoid not only sex, but exercising, running up and down stairs, and lifting objects more than 10 pounds cause doing so will pose a very high chance of the stitches breaking, which is extremely dangerous.
5 months is not a long time to be trying to get pregnant, if nothing has happened after a year see your ob/gyn. As you have had a baby since your abortions you do not need to beat yourself up over them, they have made no difference to your fertility.

What is the pulmonary circulation system?
Pulmonary circulation is the system through which blood is oxygenated. Deoxygenated blood is sent from the heart to the lungs where it gathers oxygen, leaves carbon dioxide behind, and is sent back to the heart to be distributed to the rest of the body. Pulmonary circulation is a part of the larger circulatory system. Basically, the circulatory system is the transport system of the body. Blood travels through a vast system of blood vessels, carrying everything from nutrients to hormones to water before cycling back through the heart.

If you have a c-section can both you and the baby live?
If you're talking about a c-section, also known as a caesarian section, the whole idea is for both you and the babies to live. My c-section babies are now teenagers.
How were breech babies delivered before scientists discovered the C section?
Breech babies (babies born feet or bottom first) were and still are (in some areas) delivered vaginally. There are risks to delivering a breech baby vaginally though and so a C Section is usually recommended.
What is low transverse c section with out extension?
A low transverse cesarean section (c-section) without extension refers to a surgical procedure where the incision is made horizontally across the lower part of the uterus. This type of incision is preferred due to its lower risk of complications and faster recovery compared to vertical incisions. "Without extension" means that the incision does not extend beyond the original horizontal cut, minimizing tissue disruption and promoting better healing. This approach is commonly used in planned cesarean deliveries and in many emergency situations.
I thought the cesaerean was first performed on Cleopatra to deliver her son Cesarion (hence the term "cesarean").
But, wikipedia has other ideas.... In any case, the practice has been around a while but has never been as prevalent as it is today.
There are three theories about the origin of the name: # The name for the procedure is said to derive from a Roman legal code called "Lex Caesarea", which allegedly contained a law prescribing that the baby be cut out of its mother's womb in the case that she dies before giving birth.[6] (The Merriam-Webster dictionary is unable to trace any such law; but "Lex Caesarea" might mean simply "imperial law" rather than a specific statute of Julius Caesar.) # The derivation of the name is also often attributed to an ancient story, told in the first century A.D. by Pliny the Elder, which claims that an ancestor of Caesar was delivered in this manner.[7] # An alternative etymology suggests that the procedure's name derives from the Latin verb caedere (supine stem caesum), "to cut," in which case the term "Caesarean section" is redundant. Proponents of this view consider the traditional derivation to be a false etymology, though the supposed link with Julius Caesar has clearly influenced the spelling. (A corollary suggesting that Julius Caesar himself derived his name from the operation is refuted by the fact that the cognomen "Caesar" had been used in the Julii family for centuries before his birth,[8] and the Historia Augusta cites three possible sources for the name Caesar, none of which have to do with Caesarean sections or the root word caedere.)

Women with prior cesarean births desiring a VBAC may be given?
Yes absolutely! In fact ACOG just came out with a statement on why women should be encouraged to have VBACs, even if they've had more than one cesarean.
Can you have a c-section going down your tummy instead of across?
Yes you can and in an emergency it is done this way but a pfannensteil incision (across the top of the pubis) is much neater, heals better and is better if you may need another c-section in the future.
What are my chances of having a c section as I have placenta previa?
my wife has placenta previa. Depending upon how severe it is you will most likely have a section
No that is not possible. The surgeon has to know if he did that. It might have gotten injured during the operation but if removed they must've known.
yes it does but if it is for your babies health in the end it is all worth it. i had one a little over 2 months ago and was up and walking within 24 hours. You dont feel any pain until after the epidural wears off which is about 8 hours.

Hospital stay after a cesarean delivery?
The length of hospital stay and recovering depends on how much progress the patient is making
Multiples tend to be born earlier than singles because there just isn't enough room for so many to keep growing in there. So they are typically smaller when born. Based just on that, you'd think natural would be easier. However, carrying multiples also increases the chances of stuff happening that makes natural too risky versus a cesarean. You need to be having regular visits to your obstetrician throughout any pregancy, but especially with a special one like this, and asking him/her all the questions you can. God bless you and your babies.
Is it normal to have really bad hiccups after a C-section?
No, this is a big problem, it usually means they have slightly torn your histolic membrane which can lead to hiccups and pulmonary infection. You should get to a hospital as soon as possible as this is quite serious.
Your choices would be to have an amnio to check for lung maturity or just have the injection. Since the amnio presents risks of it's own I would suggest having the steroid injection as a safeguard to your baby's health if this is what your doctor recommends.
