you can notice when someone is using a lag switch on some games like call of duty 4 modern warfare 2,call of duty black ops,call of duty 4 modern warfare, etc. on any of the games i have listed u can notice lag switch only if your in a match and/or game session. just press the select button on your controller and/or back button to see the score menu. then look to the right hand side of that menu and you will see. some vertical bars that's is your connection. if every other player has a red or yellow bar/bars and only 1 player has full bars/connection it is most likely a lag switch. but u can never be sure.

Alright entering prestige mode in MW3 is pretty easy. You can only enter prestige by leveling up to 80. Once you reached level 80, go to the multiplayer menu, play online whether it be on the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360, go the icon where it says Barracks, once you go there Prestige mode should be ready for you.

a cheat that is yet to be banned is the equipment glitch on mw2. in order to do this you must have "one man army pro" and a tactical insertion. press triangle (or Y for xbox) when you have one man army pro on, and it will give you the option of changing classes. as you press X (or A for xbox) to change class press R2 (or RT for xbox) at the same time. you will then be able to shoot with what ever equipment that class has e.g Tactical insertion, claymore, semtex etc. you will come out of this glitch if you jump or sprint.

I just figured it out, on xbox 360, select your silo then hold the left trigger, on the right you will see what looks like a missle, then press Y while still holding the left trigger.
