sorry to say it is only worth 100 dollars it is just a bill that the mint made a mistake on and to shoe the mistake put a star on the end of the serial number (the serial # is out of order)

It depends on how the error happened. Sometimes ink will transfer from the paper sheet that was printed immediately prior, or one sheet will fail to go through the press and ink will transfer from both sides of the print cylinder to one side of the next

sheet.

You'd have to take your bill to a dealer who handles errors for evaluation. In any case, print-through and bleed-through errors are considered to be very collectible and can sell for up to a couple of hundred dollars.
