Rules for Rhum 32 card game?

Rhum 32 is a casino table game that has similarities with rummy and blackjack. The aim of the game is to have a lower cumulative card value than the dealer. The dealer will "qualify" and pay both the ante and bet if and only if the player has a lower cumulative value in their five card hand and the dealer hand totals 32 or less.

The game goes like this, the dealer deals four cards to each player at the table including himself. His last card is dealt face up. After the player decides whether he will surrender his ante or bet (double his ante) the dealer deals another card to each player including himself. The cards are then exposed and the bets paid according to a payout ratio that rewards lower hand values. The card values are Ace = 1, 2 - 10 = face value, and Jack, Queen and King = 10.

A hand value can be decreased if it has three or more suited running cards ex. 7,8,9 Spades or three or more of a kind. This is called a spread and the total value of the cards in a spread is zero. Hence a player can end up with a hand value of zero (Kinda like hitting a Royal Flush, Lucky Him/Her).

Rhum is considered a community game like black jack and a player folding when he should'nt normally leaves some players aggravated especially when the dealers final card turns out to be really low.

You remember your card then hand it back.

the narrator will say go to sleep, so you all put your heads down and close your eyes.

He will say "aces awaken, your the mafia."

They will silently pick someone they want to kill.

Then the narrator will say "Mafia go to sleep, Kings awaken, your the detective."

He will choose someone to arrest, even if hes not mafia.

Then the narrator will say "Detective go to sleep, Queen awaken, your the doctor."

She will pick someone to save, meaning if the mafia choose to kill a person the doctor saved your no longer gonna die.

Now daytime will come...

The narrator will announce...

Mafia killed...

Detective arrested...

Doctor killed...

Now the towns people have to talk amongst each other to kill someone in their village. if 50% of them agree to get rid of that person, they are now dead.

How do you play estimation Card Game?

General Rules for Estimation
  • Estimation is a card game that is played with a total of four players, each player is on their own
  • Estimation is played with a complete standard deck of 52 cards and no jokers
  • Each hand in Estimation is preceded by a round of bidding, during which every player bids the number of tricks they plan to "eat" during the hand and the Tarneeb suit
  • The Tarneeb suits are ranked according to their power in bidding:
    1. No Trump (no Tarneeb)
    2. Spades
    3. Hearts
    4. Diamonds
    5. Clubs
  • The person to start the bidding (and the bidding itself) moves counterclockwise
  • After each round of bidding, the players that did not win the bid must go through a round of estimation, during which they estimate the EXACT number of "eats" they will take during the next round
  • The player who takes the exact estimated "eats" (whether by estimation or bidding) wins the round and gets the points, therefore a single round can have more than one winner
  • The game consists of 13 rounds where "normal" bidding takes place, and 5 rounds where "accelerated" bidding takes place
  • The person with the highest score after 18 rounds wins the game
Normal Bidding
  • The bidding begins with the first player to the right of the dealer and moves counterclockwise
  • If a player lacks one (or more) suit, then they choose to either re-deal the cards or "avoid". Avoiding means that the round continues but the player declares that he lacks at least one suit
  • All players are then asked if they want to enter the round of bidding or "blind dash". Players who "blind dash" are not allowed to bid in the coming bidding and are assumed to have estimated zero "eats"
  • After all four players have chosen to "bid" or "blind dash", normal bidding takes place EXACTLY like Tarneeb Egyptian (i.e. bid and suit). The minimum bid is 4
  • After bidding is settled, then each player except the bidder (and starting from the right of the bidder) is asked to "estimate" his "eats". Note that any player who "blind dash" is not asked to estimate (assumed to have estimated zero) and is ignored
  • No more than 2 players can estimate zero (whether in the estimation round or by "blind dash"). If a player estimates zero in the estimation round, it is called a "dash"
  • The total estimated "eats" CANNOT equal 13. This means that the last person to estimate (called the "risk") is not shown the number that would make the total estimated "eats" equal 13
  • Players can estimate up to and including the current bid number (but not higher). If a player estimates the same as the current bid, he is labeled as "with"
Playing the Game
  • When bidding is over, game play is exactly like Tarneeb
  • If no one "wins" (i.e. no one gets their estimated "eats") then then no scores are added or subtracted at the end and players move to the next round (called "sa3aydeh" round) where the score is doubled (x2) if you have a winner. If this is repeated, then the next round is tripled (x3) and so on
Accelerated Bidding
  • Round 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 are accelerated rounds during which players are only asked for "avoid" (if applicable) and go straight to estimation (i.e. no bidding)
  • Tarneeb suits are pre-determined:
    1. Round 14 => No trump
    2. Round 15 => Spades
    3. Round 16 => Hearts
    4. Round 17 => Diamonds
    5. Round 18 => Clubs
  • There is no "with", but "risk" still applies. Also, the maximum estimation is always 13 since there is no bid
Scoring
  • A "win" is when a player gets EXACTLY the number of "eats" he estimated or bid
    1. If the bidder (or the "with") wins, he earns points = Round# + eats + 10
    2. If any other player wins, they earn points = Round# + eats
    3. If the player that wins is the "only" player, he earns a bonus of 10 points
      1. If 1 or 2 then R = 1
      2. If 3 or 4 then R = 2
      3. If 5 or 6 then R = 3
      4. If 6 or 7 then R = 4
    4. If the "risk" wins, he earns a bonus of 10xR points, where R ranges from 1 to 4 based on how far his estimate is from the estimate that would have made the total estimates 13:
    5. If a "kabooot" is won (i.e. the player bids and "eats" all 13) then he gets a 50 point bonus and each other player loses an additional 25 points
    6. If a player wins with a "blind dash" in a round where total estimates are over 13 (overbid round), he earns points = Round# + 20. If the round had total estimates less than 13 (underbid round), he earns points = Round# + 10
    7. If a player wins with a "dash" in an overbid round, he earns points = Round# + 10 and earns points = Round# + 20 in an underbid round
  • A "loss" is when a player does not get EXACTLY the number of "eats" he estimated or bid. "diffeats" means the difference between a players "eats" and his estimate
    1. If the bidder loses, he loses points = Round# + diffeats + 10
    2. If any other player loses, they lose points = Round# + diffeats
    3. If the player that loses is the "only" player, he loses an additional 10 points
      1. If 1 or 2 then R = 1
      2. If 3 or 4 then R = 2
      3. If 5 or 6 then R = 3
      4. If 6 or 7 then R = 4
    4. If the "risk" loses, he loses an additional 10xR points, where R ranges from 1 to 4 based on how far his estimate is from the estimate that would have made the total estimates 13:
    5. If a player loses with a "blind dash" in an overbid round, he loses points = Round# + diffeats + 20 and loses points = Round# + diffeats + 10 in an underbid round
    6. If a player loses with a "dash" he loses points = Round# + diffeats + 20
  • Note that in the last 5 rounds, the highest "estimator" is treated as the bidder for scoring purposes

Does a player have to sit out multiple games after receiving two yellow cards in one game?

That's a definite maybe. If a player gets two yellow cards in a single match, the Laws of the Game mandate a red card immediately following the second yellow card, said send off administered for "persistent infringement on the Laws of the Game." But you knew that. What is at issue is adjudication of the red card. Here's how it usually works. In an instance where an official sends a player off, the soccer organization under whose aegis the match was held usually requires the ref to submit a "24-hour report" of the incident. (And within 24 hours, hence the "name" of the document.) There is usually some kind of Protest and Disciplinary (PaD) Committee or the like to review the issue and decide what, if any, further action should be taken. (The player has already had to sit out the rest of the game in which his conduct got him sent off. And his team had to play (a man) short, too. Double whammy.) PaD committee holds a "hearing" within a short time after the incident. In leagues, the committee may have to review a whole bunch of 24-hour reports from the previous weekend's games and make decisions. (At a weekend long tournament, officials review the report right after it is written, and that means the ref will have to write it right after the game. That way it can be heard immediately and the rest of that player's weekend mapped out for him.) There is a "panel" of, say, three certified referees to read the 24-hour report and listen to any presentation by the coach of the red-carded player's team tell the "offender's" side of the issue. Then a decision is made. Some players are allowed to return to play immediately. Perhaps the committee has found that the loss of the privilege of playing for the rest of the game from which he was tossed is sufficient punishment for the offense(s). If the panel decides to have the player sit out another game or two, that's what happens. League rules apply and are hard to overcome. The league reports to state organizations and to national organizations and then in some way to FIFA, but players won't be "taking their case up the chain" in an instance like this. The smart coach and the smart player know that what has happened cannot be changed. An appeal might be made in the PaD meeting. It might begin with an admission of guilt, move on to a sincere apology and close with a request that the committee consider not levying any further sanctions on the player. (The idea here being that the punishment of having had him sit out the rest of the game he was sent off from is sufficient.) But it's the coach's call. If any of this suggests to you that this post was written by someone who has been down all roads in this area, then you would be correct in any assumptions based on that line of thought. Good luck. And play beautiful.

What card games is played with two decks of cards and each hand is required to fulfill a list of options?

It sounds like Shang-Hai, but you only need two decks if you have three or more players. If you need the list of hands re-ask "what are the hands in shang-hai" and I'll give them to you
