A budgie will need a medium sized cage, but dont squash it in to much!

The trophic level is where an organism falls on the food chain. Most birds fall on the highest level, trophic level 4.

You don't "build a nest" persay... you get a nesting box. You install the nesting box in the far corner of the cage (safer there) and let the parrots work their magic. You can get the boxes at any good Pet Store, and don't forget to put something soft for bedding (also available at said Pet Store). If you don't know what to do exactly, DON'T GET THE BOX. Raising baby parrots is a tough, demanding job. If you don't know what you're doing, stay away from it.

Border Collies are well known for being same sex aggressive so it's best not to have them together at all. Failing that, the dogs should have their own toys, sleeping areas (securely away from each other), feeding areas and so on. Constant supervision is essential and you should be able to stop any challenging behavior before it escalates. When you can't supervise, the dogs should be separated and confined to their own separate space.

Every time your dogs fight, it will reinforce their reasons for fighting and make it so much more difficult to train out, it is essential that you do not allow it to happen again.

keep a close eye on your new born budgies and the heat in the area they are kept and keeping them warm at night if possible. The mother and father will feed them , but if the mother dies you may have to feed them yourself by buying a feeding mixture from your local pet store vet.
