What kind of snake is brown with white bands?
Check out the picture in the top-left of the page in the link - it this what you meant ? In which case it''s a California King snake.
Sexing takes a lot of skill and a very steady hand. It is a simple procedure but can have devistating effects if done improperly (and sometimes even if done properly). In essence you take a small (one third or less the size of the base of the tail) rounded metal probe apply some KY Jelly (basic formula) to the tip of the probe, and gently insert it on either side of the tail at the cloaca in a downward motion (into/down the tail) you will gently push the probe down until there is a soft stopping point, think soft thud, but instead of hearing it you will feel it. Place your thumb or finger at the cloacal opening on the probe and gently slide it out. Hold the probe up to the straight tail and count the scales. If it's less than 5 it's GENERALLY a female, if it's more than 7 it's always a male. I would personally recommend having your vet show you how to do it, because it is a very delicate process. After they show you once or twice try it on your own in front of them and then after they think you have it down you're set to go on your own at home. If you do not have a set of probes you can also "pop" the snake. Male snakes have two hemipenes inverted inside their tails. Hold the snake upside down and place one thumb in front of the cloaca (anal vent). Place the other thumb on the tail below the cloaca and bend the tail back gently. Then roll the thumb in front of the cloaca down and forwards towards the cloaca while simultaneously pushing the tail back straight with the other thumb. This will usually evert ("pop") the hemipenes out of their pockets in a male snake. In the female, two small red dots indicating the scent glands will sometimes emerge. Popping is best done on juvenile snakes that have not yet gained their full muscle tone, although it can be done on adults, but only the hemipenes emerging is a definitive answer in the adult. A lack of hemipene popping in an adult snake could mean female or a male that has good muscle control.

What is the symbiosis of snake and rats?
It's not a symbiotic relationship - they are predator and prey. Snake will eat a variety of food - so long as it's something small enough for them to swallow. Rats will attack snakes if they're cornered, so the snakes don't always get the upper hand.
Why is your ball python drooling?
If this is a sudden on set of drooling that you dog generally does not do it could be one of a variety of problems. It could be a chipped tooth, gum infection, possible poisoning, or even a foreign object lodged in its throat. A possible injury, illness or even disease may be the issue here and you should really have your dog checked by a vet as soon as possible as to not let the problem worsen.
How often should you take your pet snake to the vet?
That depends. If you are wanting them to be friendly, good with other people (in my case small children at shows) and easy around other pets in the house then you can handle them as much as you like and have time to offer but minimum of an hour a day. I handle all of mine for long periods of time from the day they arrive at my house unless they are very little. Hatchlings don't need to be handled as much because of the stress. But my adults accept 4+ hours of handling and usually won't get back in their tanks until they want to be put up. It does vary from snake to snake though and some will not like long periods of being held

When is the best time to feed a corn snake?
once every 2 weeks. You should feed them special frozen mice that are already dead to decrease harm of your snake. The older the snake gets, the bigger the mouse should be. Mice are the ideal food for corn snakes, nothing else. Rats are far too big at any stage of your snake's age or size.
Corn snakes have been known to cannibalize other snakes if kept together, especially when young. A larger snake ALWAYS has the potential to eat another snake if it can fit it down its stomach.
No. They should be kept on rats (or mice if smaller.) Ball pythons are not large enough to eat rabbits.
