But wait! How does he know he can trust you? So he asks that he holds your wallet or some money of your's. You give it to him, and go in to collect the winnings - but the receipt or chips were fakes, and when you go back outside he is gone with your wallet or money! Oops!

Truth is, if a casino is kicking someone out, they still pay out on legitimate winnings. A person would not need to have a ban lifted, if by chance they have actual chips or a receipt, they could contact the casino by phone and make arrangements.

I believe the Casino internment camp was for political prisoners the Dutch evacuated from the East Indies when the Japanese were about to invade during WW2.

I think the Dutch military guarded the camp.

13 & 21 is the main casino game.. at least that's what I used to play.

If its 13 or 21, the room owner uses 5 HC dices or holo-dices to roll their numbers. You'd want him to roll the first dice first. If its a high number, you'd want to think if you want to stay and get your small prize, hit to get another number, or bust if you want to be over 13 or over 21 and lose the game.

Game 13, for example: If the dice are rolled in this order; 5, 6, 2, you win the round because you got exactly 13! (The aim number of the game)

However, if the order of dice was; 5, 6, 3, you lose the game because you got 14, which is over 13. This is also called a bust.

Game 21, for example: First dice is a 6, second dice is a 5, which adds up to 11. Do you want to hit again (roll another dice)?
