My cat fell off a chair backwards and had loss of bladder control does this mean anything?

Loss of bladder control can be a sign of injury or trauma, so it's important to monitor your cat closely and seek veterinary care if the issue persists or if your cat shows other signs of distress such as difficulty moving or breathing. Falls can lead to internal injuries that may not be immediately visible, so it's best to have your cat checked by a veterinarian to rule out any serious issues.

Kitten play fighting with your hand?

Kittens, especially when they have no other cats or animals, enjoy attacking and playing with anything that moves. It's totally natural and the kitten might be doing it because it wants attention or because it is bored.

Where is the stray cat lilly in Let's Ride Dreamer?

I found mine here: If you take the second right, jump over the logs, and go into the dead end. Click the space bar and ride back to the stables. You will magically talk to a student. I'm clueless what to do next, so if anyone can help me, that would be great!

Hope this helps you!

What kinds of cake can cats eat?

Cats should not be given cake, as it is not a part of their natural diet. Cake typically contains ingredients like sugar, butter, and flour, which can be harmful to cats and contribute to health issues like obesity and digestive problems. It's best to stick to cat-friendly treats and foods specifically formulated for their dietary needs.

Do boy cats stink more than girls?

No, male cats do not necessarily stink more than female cats. Odor levels can vary depending on factors such as grooming habits, diet, overall health, and litter box cleanliness. Both male and female cats can develop odors if their hygiene or litter box maintenance is not up to par.

Why don't cats drink water in front of humans?

While drinking water, a cat is vulnerable to attack from either predators or other animals. Humans often fall under this category (of course, if your cat trusts you, then you don't) so they are disinclined to drink while you watch, just in case.

Why cats go in litter?

Cats have a natural instinct to bury their waste as a way of marking their territory and avoiding detection by predators in the wild. Using a litter box satisfies this instinct by providing a designated area for them to eliminate that mimics the feeling of digging in soft soil.

How old are kittens when they start to eat cat food?

Kittens can start to eat wet cat food around 4 weeks of age when they begin to wean from their mother’s milk. They can transition to solid dry cat food around 8 weeks old when they have developed their teeth and chewing ability. It's important to offer a variety of food textures and flavors to encourage healthy eating habits.

Can cats eat scallops?

Yes, as long as it is cooked properly, cats can eat shellfish, including scallops. Cats are not nearly as prone to getting sick from raw or contaminated food as humans are, but still, you don't want to take any chances with your pet's health. Don't feed your cat anything that you wouldn't feel safe eating yourself.

Can male cats impregnate female rabbits?

I live in Africa, where it's very hot and it's really hard to keep rabbits. 2 of mine already died. But I have one left. All you have to do is bring them away from the mother when they're at least 8 months old, otherwise it's hard to bottle feed them with milk and you have to feed them with salads when they're at least 1 month old. You have to check them for tics and keep grooming them. Make sure that the cage is inside and make sure they have a lot of space to run around. Never let them outside and keep handling them and cut they're nails quite frequent. They lick themselves to get of the warm fur and get some shade for them. Hope this helps.

Can cats tell when people are going to die?

I'm not so sure i know that animals can sense fear........but death?! maybe....... Yes, animals can sense the death of someone they are loyal too. I've seen it with my own eyes. When my uncle was passing on his dog wouldn't leave his side even when the nurses and doctor would come the dog would refuse to move and would grow. if he was pushed to the side. The dog didn't mind someone helping his master, but he was there up until the time my uncle died. After my uncle died the dog would disappear for a day or two and my father followed the dog one day and found the dog laying across my uncle's grave. This went on for several months so my father and the rest of our family would simply bring food and water up to the dog every evening. We knew better than to remove the dog from his master's grave site. Dogs and cats can grieve as well as many other animals. Humans are ego maniacal and those that prefer to think they are of greater intelligence than their counterparts generally are so full of themselves they miss the point entirely. When you become your own biggest star and forget there is much to learn you have ceased to be intelligent. We should learn from animals and so far from what I can see the pets are winning!

What is in Friskies wet cat food?

Friskies is a supermarket brand cat food, and supermarket brand cat food is the worst food you can feed your cat. Most supermarket brands -- such as Friskies, Purina, Whiskas, Fancy Feast, Tender Vittles, etc., etc. -- are made with extremely low-quality "meat." It is actually really disgusting. These brands are made with all the leftover animal parts, including ground-up chicken beaks and feet, cow eyeballs, intestines, and something called "Animal Digest." Animal digest is essentially a mishmash of leftover parts; it can include rats, roadkill animals, and animals that were euthanized at animal shelters -- including dogs and cats. That's right, cats. These brands also include something called "ash," which is burnt animal remains. It is absolutely revolting.

Luckily, there are better foods available, made with high-quality meat that is fit for human consumption. They are more expensive than supermarket brands -- up to $2 a can -- but they will keep your cat healthy, and will add years to his life. It is well worth the money to keep your beloved pet healthy and happy. And in fact, you will most likely save money in the long run: since better cat food means a healthier cat, you will save hundreds, even thousands of dollars on veterinary bills.

High-quality cat food brands are sold at most pet stores, including Petco, Pet Stop, and petnetdirect.com. Some high-quality brand names include: Innova/Evo, Weruva, Max Cat, PetGuard, California Natural, Instinct, Prairie, Natural Balance, Solid Gold, Merrick, Wellness, Eagle Pack, Newman's Own, WYSONG, Precise, etc., etc.

If you really cannot afford to buy this food for your cats, then Iams brand is an acceptable second-choice. Iams is a supermarket brand, but it is of a higher quality than most supermarket brands. It's not as good as Innova/Evo, Weruva, Max Cat, etc., etc., but it is better than the other supermarket brands.

Also, although it is not strictly necessary, it is a good idea to feed your cat both wet and dry food. Wet food is more fatty than dry food, so a diet consisting of nothing but wet food can potentially cause weight problems. But more importantly, dry food helps scrape plaque off of the cat's teeth, giving him healthier teeth and gums, and better-smelling breath. My personal favorite dry food brand is Innova/Evo: most cats love it, and it makes their coat super-shiny and soft.

Also, although it is not strictly necessary, it's a good idea to give your cat some variety with his diet. Having variety in your diet is good for humans, and for cats too. Also, sometimes cats get bored eating the same thing every day. Whenever I go to Pet Stop to buy cat food, I always buy a few different flavors of each different brand, so as to give them as much variety as possible. My cats get a different wet food every night, and during the day they get Innova/Evo dry food.

Why do cats cuddle?

What does it mean when a cat is practicing making biscuits?

When they're kittens, they push their paws against their mother's belly to get the milk flowing. They basically knead their mother's belly like it's bread dough. Most cats continue to do this kneading -- they'll knead blankets, people, etc. -- for the rest of their lives. Even very old cats do it. Apparently it is some kind of regression behavior. So, when a cat is practicing making biscuits, I guess it means the cat is thinking about his/her mommy.

What does mean when a kitten is still born?

A stillborn kitten is one that is born dead or dies shortly after birth. This can happen due to a variety of factors, including birth defects, maternal health issues, or complications during labor. It is a sad and unexpected event that can occur in some litters.

What does it mean when a cat licks another cat?

How do you stop a cat peeing on the carpet?

you have to train your cat that its not a good thing to pee on the floor,

1.scold and punish it when it pees on the floor

2.reward and praise it when it uses the litter box

this tells your cat that using the litter box is a good thing and peeing on the floor is a bad thing.

How funny can a cat be?

Cats can be quite funny with their playful antics, quirky behaviors, and unique personalities. Whether they are chasing invisible prey, making silly faces, or getting into mischief, cats have a way of bringing laughter and joy to their owners.

Why would a litter box trained cat all of a sudden not use the litter box?

Have you had the cat evaluated for bladder infection, kidney infection, or kidney disease? Litter-box-laying is often related to urinary urgency or bladder spasms, where the animal feels the need to constantly "go". Take him to the vet and get a urinalysis done.

What to expect from a six month old cat?

Cats can be pregnant for 61 to 69 days but usually it is 65 days. The right diet is essential for your pregnant cat. Don't get worried if your pregnant cat starts to sleep more and more. Inactivity and rest are perfectly normal during feline gestation. Once labor begins, your cat will start to purr rhythmically and breathe heavily. Delivery can be imminent, but it is also possible that it still takes a few hours before the first kitten arrives. If your cat carries a large litter, she may have problems cleaning herself. Groom her regularly, and clean her anus with a soft cloth - if the cat allows you to. Once the kittens are born the mother can be very protective of them.
