If the data has been removed out of the recycle bin, then the file becomes unreadable by the application. If no data has been overwritten, certain recovery softwares can recover the file by following the log information and reversing the process. If the data has been over written, it might be lost for ever to the extent that the data is actually ovr written at the bute level. I have 2 bulging discs myself, Dr won't operate since it involves a serious surgery where they have to enter from the front. You take a risk anytime they do surgery on the spine so unless you are a lot older, I would learn to live with it.

You can use any audio software to convert mp3 to .wav format or you can download free audio format converters through internet.

I just want to make one thing clear that by converting mp3 back to CD format you are not going to improve the audio quality instead it will just increase your file size bcoz CD format (.wav) files are 1411 kbps.

And if you are converting this just to make it play in a CD player which doesn't support mp3 then it's fine.

If you have a CD player with a resume mode, all you have to do is turn on the resume function, usually on the back of the CD player, and then after you stop the CD, all you have to do is press play again.

I have the same drive as yours and mine doesn't recognize this kind of DVD.

the lens can't read your disc. either the lens is dirty or the disc is dirty and/or scratched. for the lens, they have a special cd lens cleaning cd. for the cd, if it is just dirty, you can clean it with a soft paper towel and some glass cleaner, or mild soap and water. if it is scratched, there is also disc cleaning kits that do a decent job of removing scratches. if the scratches are too severe however, they will not come out

Burn a disc means either to download data to a disc or make a copy of another disc.

A DVD requires higher revolutions or spin rate in the drive to read the contents...whereas a CD requires lesser spin rate to be readable.The maximum standardised file size burned on a DVD is 0.99GB,however a higher file size can also be developed.
