A toe touch takes alot of pratice. First, you start off with your arms in a high 'V".then you swoop your arms inward, and then kick your legs shoulder width apart as high as your can go. you must practice and pratice, to get better at it:)

3.on 3,4 put your arms in a high V.
4. on 5 swing your arms inwards while jumping high with your legs apart.by time you hit 6 , your legs should be in the air and your arms should be in a T.
5.on 7,8 your feet will be on the ground with your knees bent and your arms in fists right next to them.
6. on 1,2 again stand up. and you've got it.!
how to perfect it:]this is hard . ive been cheering for 9 years and my toe touch isn't perfect. but its good.by doing these things it will get better.
1.sit on the ground with your legs apart like you will be if you are in the air doing a toe touch.and stretch.do that all the time and your toe touch will improve.
2. do arm motions only. stand and do the 8-count moving your arms only

7,8--bend knees with arms straight down.

guys arn't always attracted to cheerleaders they don't suddenly decide to like a cheerleader just because they are one when ever a guy likes a cheerleader in the squad im in its not because theyre a cheerleader its because they like them for other reasons like theyre pretty or they like them for who they are being a cheerleader usually dos'nt make guys suddenly fancy you it depends on if they like your qualities or not but dont let that stop you from doing the sport its really fun and dont do it just because you want guys to fancy you do it for the fun of the sport but you never know some guys might suddenly fancy you i dont know but cheerleading takes time, mental and physical strength, team work and dedication so just go and have a go at it and dont worry about boys fancying you just enjoy the sport :)
