Hi What you have are worn bushings on your door pins . I just replaced mine. You can purchase the bushings at a any gm garage the spring in the door has to be removed it is a bugger! Unless you have a door spring commpression tool (i purchesed one at my local auto parts store $18). These bushings wear and crack. Support your door , remove door pins with a pin punch, replace the bushings, replace pins ,replace spring. Hope this helped!

Just fixed this problem on a 1990 4.3. The pickup coil inside the distributor was bad. No signal was sent to computer to fire injectors. Make sure distributor is grounded well and if there is corrosion visible inside distributor save time and frustration by just replacing the distributor. I found several new ones on eBay for under $100. Had spark enough to run on starting fluid or if I poured gas in the throttle body but the injectors had no signal if checked with NOID light.

I put P235 75 R15 size tires on mine and the front tires rub just a little if I turn the wheel all the way left or right, but they work just fine.

I'm going to assume you mean the brake booster and not some turbo-charger that's been installed. -Disconnect and cap all the fluid lines going to the brake master cylinder. Remove the master cylinder. -Disconnect the hose(s) connected to the brake booster assembly. -In the cab lay down in the driver's side footwell and look up behind the brake pedal. You'll see 4 gold nuts somewhere right near where the pedal touches the firewall. Remove those nuts. -Back outside, gently wiggle the booster assembly until it comes off. The gasket can be sticky. There's a spring and a center pushrod on the backside of the unit so don't let those fall down into the engine bay. -Replacement is of course reversing these steps.

You could remove the transfer case, front driveshaft, front diff and front axleshafts. Then you'll most likely have to swap the transmission for a 2 wheel drive version and find a 2 wheel drive rear driveshaft. You would basically need a 2 wheel drive Blazer with all its running gear in good shape so you could swap all the parts over. If you're not emotionally attached to your current 4wd Blazer, I recommend just selling it and finding a fitting 2wd replacement rig.

purchase a better car, i own an 02 Blazar and these things just suck gas like you wouldn't believe! and they have a lot of problems with fuel pumps going out i know from personnel experience and $700 poorer and blowing head gaskets...i just saw another 02 in my friends shop and he was installing a Renault engine in his 02, he said the engine cost him $1500. my advice to you is to change the thermostat in your car if it never been changed and flush the system and get rid of that yellow dexcool crap that has been in litigation for many years due to causing blown head gaskets....you must thoroughly flush the system before switching to regular antifreeze.

Driver side, under dash, near the door frame. You have to remove a screw to get to it.

The 2001 Chevy S 10 Blazer power door lock relay switch is located inside of the drivers side door. You will need to remove the drivers side door panel in order to access the door lock relay switch.

Rear center behind the Throttle Body and intake. Close to the firewall. Two hi-torque screws to remove the cap and two smaller hi-torque screws for the rotor. Easier to get to and work on if you remove the entire intake filter, hoses, air temp and MAF section of the air intake and cap on top of the Throttle Body assy.

The Idle air control Valve Soleniod is located on top of the intake manifold. It's in plain site. It's located right behind the butterfly on the throttle body. The plug in for it has 4 prongs going into it. I have a 95 S-10 with the 2.2L as well. I have 363,000 miles on it, and it still runs great.

The only way your headlights can come on when you press on the brake pedal is a crossed wire. The brake light wire and the headlight wire can be frayed and touching each other.
