from what i have learned a person can be allergic to anything. Smoke from any source will cause symptoms of an allergic reaction however, it causes the nose to run, eyes to water, and throat to be itchy. The only way to be sure is to be tested at an allergist.

I read up at CBP.gov and didn't find anything saying I couldn't, so when I visited St. Thomas on a cruise, I sent 5 cartons to myself (which is my duty free limit and I declared it). Yes, but heres the thing. Most common transmission of oral herpes (cold sore) is skin the skin contact. through kissing and such. Oral Herpes can be transmitted through items such as cups, utensils, straws, and of course cigarettes. But the virus s very fragile and dies pretty quick in the air. The virus can only survive at body temperature (98.6) so when it hits room temperature it cant survive very long or it mutates and becomes no longer contagious, also the cold sore is the area that is most contagious, so if the person has a cold sore on the corner of their lip, and they only smoke with the other side of their lip, then the chances of transmission is extremely low. SOOO if you do share a cigarette with someone (which you should, better safe than sorry). make sure the cig doesnt touch the sore, keep it in the air for a while for the virus to die, or maybe even put a flame near it for a 30 seconds the heat will kill it, hopefully this helps . The cost of raising a child from fetus (prenatal care, vitamins, etc...) to 18 can easily exceed $200,000 and this does NOT include the cost of sending the child to college, obtaining their first car or any of the other "nice" things parents would like to do for their children. This is mainly food, housing, clothing, healthcare, school supplies, daycare and transportation. No, not their car - YOURS. are you kidding me!? i know someone who has a baby who is one year old and has only spent about 20,000 and this baby has top of the line furniture,food,a lot of expensive toys, and a huge closet full of clothes plus an entire armoir of clothes! plus a dressor stocked with belongings! 200,000 dollars? i believe that was a typo!

Nicotine is something that keeps you addicted to smoking and makes you want to buy them even more, also making your heart beat faster. And finally, Carbon Monoxide is also very bad. I'm afraid in today's culture you are searching for the equivalent to a safe hand grenade... it does not exist That being said... one you do not inhale would be better for you. A cigarillo (small ring gauge cigar) will satisfy the "habit" part of it with a lower nicotine intake. Cigars , as I have stated are NOT a safe alternative and require more knowledge maintenance and money.

If your on a budget you can use cotton balls, lipton tea bags, and post-it notes.

First: Role a post-it note tightly around a pencil, licking the crease to keep it sealed

Second: Tear a piece off of the cotton ball and place it in one of the open ends of the rolled paper. This serves as a filter and the filler from falling out

Third: Pour the tea from the tea bag in the other open end and twist it shut.

Fourth: Light it up and enjoy. Blow out the flame if the paper catches fire it will still burn and smoke fine.
