The cancer paper is intended to make for a slower burn to make the cigarillo last longer, but without it there is no difference in burning. The paper is harmful because it contains lots of nicotine and toxins that can cause cancer. So it is better to champ the Black if you don't mind. Also, if you are deciding if it's better for you to freak it, take into consideration how you smoke your Black as in if you inhale / or just puff. Make sure to pinch the end so the tobacco doesn't fall out. Lastly, remove the plastic tip by slowly twisting it & pulling it off, & blow thru it to get any bits of tobacco out. Put it back on & light up!
