Was there anything particular that Johann Sebastian bach included in his music?

Bach tuned his own harpsichords and clavichords and found other people's tunings unsatisfactory; his own allowed him to play in all keys and to modulate into distant keys almost without the listeners noticing it. Also, Bach required all the major thirds to be sharper than pure which is in any case virtually a prerequisite for any temperament to be good in all keys.

Bach used instruments in the motets only for doubling the voices. In many of Bach's cantatas, the opening chorus includes the chorale melody complete in one voice whioe the other voices and instruments pursue the main concerted idea of the movement.

As you have worded your question in general terms, the answer is 'nothing'. In general, symphonies do not 'depict' anything - they exist as absolute music.

Certain specific symphonies, or specific movements in a symphony, may be described by their composer as depicting something - but that is a different question.

What is the first piece Mozart composed?

When he was 5, he wrote the melody to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

At the age of 8, he composed his first REAL song; Andante in C.

Thx,

Hermione rox

This is categorically wrong. He did not write the melody to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, though it was first composed when he was five (1761). He had several variations on the song, but the most famous of these, the one we use today, he did not write until he was 25. 1781 or 82.

Andante in C was first wrote in 1778. Mozart was born in 1756. I would say he was a tad older than 8 when he wrote that song.

Mozart's first known music piece was The Symphony No. 1 in E flat major, K. 16 which he wrote in 1764 at the age of 8.

Where did famous composers get there inspiration from?

Composers would often get their inspiration from inside or outside themselves. Some would look at the world around them, and respond to it (ex. some Realism/ Impressionism). Some would compose based of how they were feeling at the moment, or how they felt about their life. That's like subjectivity, where you put your feeling into the music. Objectivity is when you make music in a certain way, and don't mind your emotions as you create it (you could be depressed, but still create a really happy song). Many composers made music that they dedicated to other composers, and would often imitate that other composer's style in it. Some would took ordinary things, like pictures, places, animals, etc. and write songs about/portraying them.

Examples:

Mussorgsky - Realism

Ravel - Impressionism

Debussy - Impressionism (although he didn't like to be called that)

Tchaikovsky- Objective/Subjective

Rachmaninoff- Subjective

Most Classical/ Baroque composers - Objective

Many composers were blurs of all these styles, since they would often be inspired by more than one thing.

Why were Leonin and Perotin notable?

Leonin, who worked in Paris during the second half of the 12th century, and Perotin, who continued after Leonin, developed polyphonic organum. This was a type of music composition the was developed into counterpoint.

Organum used the same melodic line duplicated in easy ways such as at an interval of a third or fourth above the main line. This was developed with increasing complexity until, with counterpoint, second and third melodic lines that were very different melodies were used simultaneously, related to each other in accordance with a set of rules developed for the purpose.
