Which theme by haydn was used for le jazz et le java by nougaro?

There is a mistake. The theme by Haydn does not exist. When Dave Brubeck composed "Three to get ready" it was a tribute to Haydn. Some people thought he composed from a theme, but it's not true. (Sorry for my bad English !).

How did Joseph Haydn come up with the combination of instruments in the string quartet?

== == According to Haydn's biographer Griesinger, Haydn's earliest quartets were written for two violins, viola, and cello purely because of circumstance. A Baron von Furnberg hired Haydn to write chamber pieces for a group of his friends who played the above instruments. The works were successful and popularized their particular combination of instruments. While it is true that Haydn wrote music for use by his employers throughout his life, the early string quartets certainly have their background in the traditions of the trio sonata and quartetto concertante.

Haydn (1732-1809) played the keyboards (harpsichord, pianoforte and surely organ), and violin.

Also concertos for various instruments (cello, trumpet, keyboard, violin, horn, maybe oboe).

For the court of Prince Nicolas Esterházy (and previously Count Morzin), more than 104 symphonies, masses, operas, concertos.

Haydn spent 29 years as Vice-Kapellmeister then Kapellmeister at the court of the Hungarian family Esterházy (from 1761 to 1790), then he retired and was invited in London to give concerts and compose symphonies (the "London" symphonies, n°92 to 104).

Afeter his last trip, he moved to Vienna, where he taught a little to Beethoven, composed his two great oratorios.

Joseph Hayden was a very famous composer. he was considered one of the best composers of his time.

What is laus exsisto ut deus in English?

What laus exsisto ut deus is in Latin is a really terrible translation of "praise be to God" by a translation web site that has no idea what it's doing. It comes out meaning something like "I, praise, emerge as God".

A proper translation of "praise be to God" would be simply laus Deo, or if you insist on a verb (Latin syntax doesn't in this case), sit laus Deo.
