sadly, the only way to do that is usually to do a complete hard drive wipe which a technician or repairman can do for you, this procedure could be quite expensive or quite cheap depending on warranty status, virus severity etc. call your local computer repair shop or your computer's support team. good luck! also, just fyi, once it's wiped, immediately install an antivirus program and remember to back up everything on an external hard drive.

I do not recommend Webroot, they are not a professional company. I had a hard drive replaced and Best Buys Geek sguad set up my computer and could not activate my excisting Webroot Spyware coverage.
