These people aren't really hackers they use a program like Cain and Abel which tracks down your Ip address(they can not hack your account with your Ip) Then they have a website or they use Net Tools(Noob Way)and kick you offline for set amount of time. The only way to stop them is to get a Ddos protection router which still sometimes doesn't work

Yes I am working on a Trojan Horse that will steal their hashed windows passwords and unhash them, so far I have found some flaws in their system that gives me a great amount of power over it, but I am laying low untill I can do everything.

Yes, i went on it and very quickly everything slowed down i couldnt use task manager and after a while everything just crashed and my screen went black.

luckily i got around the proplem by restarting in safe mode and using avg cccleaner spybot and adaware to remove it.. though none of them detected any proplems but they solved it alright :)

No they do not have. Virus do not contain any.

Go to your control panel, then choose "Add/Remove Programs". Then find AVG 9.0 on the list and click "Change/Remove". That should open the uninstaller for it. If that does not work, use an external program like Ccleaner to remove it.
