How do you convert a pivot file to a video file?
Smoothy Mcgyver's way:
It's not about converting, more like capturing. First download a screen capture program (i use hypercam). Then, maximize Pivot, and obviously start up hypercam. Adjust the area to be captured, press record and then play on Pivot. Edit the captured video in Windows Movie Maker, and there you go.
Ilvsy1's way:
A harder but maybe clearer and higher quality way is to save the animation as a bitmap in a folder, then play each bitmap for around 0.07 seconds. At first, it looks choppy but it turns out fine. Here's the link to one of my animations made using my way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PlDdUlhrdp0. Another good thing about using this way is that it has no hypercam thing on the top left.
What are 3 advantages and disadvantages of using aprinter?
Well, 3D printing in plastic is mostly for prototyping use, such as testing form and function. The parts are mildly strong, and can be used for light duty, non-structural applications. For example, you can make a coat hook or a camera mount, to hold a couple pounds, but you wouldn't make an axle mount for your car. Recently I have taken the services from Iannone 3D, who provides Rapid Prototyping and a reliable FDM 3D printing service in the New Jersey area.

Where can I find information on the best 17 inch laptop computers?
17 inch laptops are small enough that you can carry them just about anywhere easily. However, the screen may be a bit smaller than you're used to, so websites and just about everything won't be displayed normally.

Is there a fast way to upload videos to youtube?
Unfortunately, the upload speed of your internet and the size/quality of your video are the limiting factors here. Unless you can get a faster internet connection or are willing to reduce the size of your video by changing the quality/encoding of it, then no.

Do cheap notebook computers last as long as more expensive ones?
Cheap notebook computers can last just as long as the more expensive ones. As long as the cheaper one will do everything you need for it to do there is no need to pay more for practically the same thing.
To charge an iPod Touch, use the USB cable that comes with the iPod. Charge by plugging iPod into a computer.
What was the first general-purpose computer?
Charles Babbage developed the idea for the DifferenceEngine in 1821 but failed to build it in 1833. In 1842, he developed the idea for the Analytical Engine; he completely abandoned the Difference Engine. It was never completed but it helped improve Britain's machine-tool industry. In 1991, the National Museum of Science and Technology built a replica of the Difference Engine #2 (a later improved design); it was a real working one. In 1879, Charles Babbage's son reassembled a small section of the Difference Engine, which was auctioned in London auctioned in Sydney for $282,000.
The Colossus computers used at Bletchley Park during World War II, for cryptanalysis purposes, are now widely acknowledged as the first programmable electronic digital computers.
Technically, the word 'computer' means 'one who computes', and doesn't refer to a machine, but rather people who were employed down the ages as 'computers' to decide on a persons tax liability. Such 'computers' also did mathematical tables, navigation tables, insurance actuary tables, aircraft design, etc. Babbage himself was a 'computer' when he got the inspiration for the Difference Engine. Up into the early 1950s all the aircraft manufacturers employed several hundred 'computers' to perform the calculations needed to design aircraft.
What is the examples of hybrid computers?
An example of a hybrid computer is the computer used in hospitals to measure the heartbeat of the patient. Hybrid Machines are generally used in scientific applications or in controlling industrial processes. One old hybrid computer system was HRS-100, ХРС-100, GVS-100 or ГВС-100.
Advantages and disadvantages of quantum computers?
The advantages of Quantum Computing
It has been shown in theory that a quantum computer will be able to perform any task that a classical computer can. However, this does not necessarily mean that a quantum computer will outperform a classical computer for all types of task. If we use our classical algorithms on a quantum computer, it will simply perform the calculation in a similar manner to a classical computer. In order for a quantum computer to show its superiority it needs to use new algorithms which can exploit the phenomenon of quantum parallelism.
Such algorithms are not easy to formulate, but once discovered they yield spectacular results. An example of one such algorithm is the quantum factorization algorithm created by Peter Shor of AT&T Bell laboratories. The algorithm tackles the problem of factorizing large numbers into its prime factors. This task is classically very difficult to solve; in fact it is so difficult that it forms the basis of RSA encryption, probably the most popular method of encryption used today. Shor's algorithm cleverly uses the effects of quantum parallelism to give the results of the prime factorization problem in a matter of seconds whereas a classical computer would take, in some cases, more than the age of the universe to produce a result!
The disadvantages of Quantum Computing
The technology needed to build a quantum computer is currently beyond our reach. This is due to the fact that the coherent state, fundamental to a quantum computers operation, is destroyed as soon as it is measurably affected by its environment. Attempts at combating this problem have had little success, but the hunt for a practical solution continues and some encryption Problem as well because mostly all the encryption-decryption Algorithms are based on Prime Factors and using Quantum Computer we can easily calculate the Prime factors of any number.
What are the Six most commonly used input devices?

How do you turn off you computer when it was on all day?
Imrpoved:
Many older computers, and some unusual architectures without AHCI and other power-saving features, do not turn off automatically when you shut down.
When the PC comes to a screen that says 'It is now safe to turn off your computer', a screen most users no longer see, you must press and hold the power button until the computer is off.
This usually takes 10-15 seconds, just hold it until it is off.
If, after a full minute, the computer is still on? This indicates a hardware problem. Please see a computer technician for repair.
What is the world's hardest computer game?
There is this game on the internet called "The Hardest Game in the World". But believe me it is not the hardest. I've actually managed to get to level 2 on that game and it is nothing compared to this game: LoZ Ocarina of Time. This game is impossible unless you've beaten all of its previous games. You PS3 and Xbox 360 fanboys (and girls) say "are you kidding me, this game is easy, battlefield is harder". Yeah, no its not. You try beating the Water Temple without an internet walkthrough or strategy guide. This game is impossible once you pull out the Master sword from its pedastel...
