I'm not to sure about that, but I'm about three days pregnant and was spotting today. I have had five children and this will be my sixth one. From experience I can tell that I am pregnant, as well as tell you that spotting is quite normal at an early stage of pregnancy. If you have severe cramping or even moderate cramping, you should contact your doctor immediately. No sense in taking any chances whatsoever.

Ultrasound predictions of how far along someone is get worse and worse the longer the person is pregnant. An ultrasound predicting 28 weeks pregnant could be 2 weeks off (either more or less); by the end of pregnancy, they can be as many as three weeks off. The best ultrasounds to get to predict due dates are those done in the first trimester (first three months). In this case, having an ultrasound predicting 28 weeks pregnant and a physician predicting 30 could be about the same thing. Your due date is 40 weeks from the first day of your last period, presuming that is 2 wks before conception date would be Sept 6th 2009. If you are asking if you could have fallen pregnant on Aug 19th then got your period again, some women have been known to but considering he didn't "go" inside you and your question inmplies thau have been with at least one other man then i think it's highly unlikely this man is the father. It seems like you may have had sex with someone else much closer to your presumed "conception date"

Conception dates do not depend on the length of your period. Your due date is based on the first day of your last period. Your baby was actually conceived about 2 weeks later.
The closest thought I have would be to go back 40weeks, then forward 2 weeks. This thought is based apon the fact of your aprox due date and taking it back to to what would have been the first day of your last period and then the 2 weeks forward would be roughly your ovulation time frame. Okay, approximately May 25, 2006 would have been the conception date. this is approximate, which brings it into about a week before or after depending on your period. any doctor should have a little wheel that tells you conception/due date. It makes me wonder if this question is from the father. The dates may be 3-4 days either side of this.
