First get some black skinny jeans and tear them up. To get a cool effect wear fishnet leggings underneath the jeans so they look more punky. Also, wear a orange camp half blood shirt. Wear a black leather jacket ( you can get them pretty cheap at second hand stores) and pin a bunch of cool band pins on it. You can also wear either punk-rocky shoes (high heels dont really work) or black converse. Also wear lightning bolt jewelry ( you can make it pretty easy) and a camp half blood beaded necklace with a pine tree bead.

The best idea for making this costume would be to get a white sheet, scissor, safety pins and ribbon.

Cut a hole for the head to fit through. Pinch the sides of the sheet making it into a dress or toga. Pin the sides accordingly. After which take a piece of ribbon to cinch the middle of the dress at the waste. Purchase cardboard or garland to create a halo.

first i went to my local store and bought:

a black sleeve shirt

a cake decor frill or a doily(this is for the cuffs and collar)

a white skirt

fishnets or purple glitter leggings (fishnets are optional if u want to look more like the doll)

a pair of pink knee high socks (or just similar shoes that look like hers)

black shoe laces (only if ur gonna go with the sock idea)

and a pink sweater vest ( if u don't have one just get some old hot pink tank top and cut the middle in half whole and just sew two grey buttons)

directions:

i'd start with the black sleeves and sew the cuffs on the end of the sleeve an inch off u can use a sewing machine if u want

the knee socks u can just sew the shoelaces on and put some pink converse

then just put ur outfit together and voila ur done!
