Season 3's original order for 16 episodes was cut short due to an unplanned medical leave taken by John McNamara, the show's executive producer and showrunner. The last episode of season 3, a cliffhanger, airs on June 30, 2010. As of this writing in mid-June 2010, no decision has been made about Season 4, though the press releases from the USA network are encouraging.
