Bullying can be caused by many things. Here are some examples: Insecurity, Sadness, Madness, Rudeness, or they have been bullying and take their feelings on others.

its hard to to enforce these law because:

1) hard to quantify what is bullying and what isn't, as bullying can take all different forms, especially on the internet.

1.2) it is hard to tell when people are playing around, and when people are not.

2) if you think of the scale of the internet, every single game, picture, website, forum and email. anti bulling programs would have to be built into everything.

3) how could you stop international issues. someone from USA abusing a UK citizen?

4) the Gov would have to have access to alot of our private information. ip address etc.

You can be cyber bullied on computers and phones. On computers you can get bullied on Twitter, My Space or Facebook and many more. You can also be bullied at school like someone is calling you names or making you so stuff.

Politely ask them to apologize if she's within earshot, and ask them to not do it again. If they do it again, you can do one of three things, 1) Ask them not to do it again, 2) Ignore it and don't speak to them again, 3) Get violent, not that I approve of violence, but it's still an option nonetheless...

It would depend on the circumstances but the only thing you can to is to apologize for whatever it is that is going on as well as tell them how you feel, that you would like to get by this and be friends again and then give them some time and space this way they will have time to think about things. If they do not come back around eventually or start talking to you again then chances are they were not a friend in the first place as friends will forgive a true friend and this can lead you to believe that they are not going to forgive you.

At the present there is no federal law regarding cyberbullying. The Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act is pending in Congress and can be viewed on www.govtrack.us. This cite will send you emails when any action is taken on any bill.

At least a dozen states have passed legislation specifically dealing with cyberbullying. The best way to research this is to Google the name of your state and the word "cyberbullying" for details.

All of the effects that can happen is 1. suicide 2. scared to go to school 3. cries everyday, and many more but you try to name them in order.

Effects for the bully would be feelings of fun, empowerment, satisfaction, unhappiness and maybe also nervousness. Some bullies are also bullied elsewhere.

Cyber bullying is when you are being harassed, tormented, threatened, or humiliated on the internet or any other social technology.

It can be stopped by people being warned or punished when they have done it. As soon as someone is experiencing cyber bulling by being the victim, they should tell someone as soon as they know its happening. Even if they think they can deal with it on their own, they need to tell someone because you may regret it. Another way to stop cyber bullying from happening is by parents looking on their children's facebook, msn, twitter, etc. That's so that the child knows if they are experiencing it or they are doing it they will either stop because there parents will know or tell someone they are getting bullied as someones going to find out anyway. There isn't really a way to stop people cyber-bullying, because children have internet access at the click of their fingers. Schools should maybe use examples of people who have killed themselves. Amanda Todd is one of the most famous examples for teenagers in 2012. Instead of showing them acted videos with happy endings where the cyberbully gets arrested or caught, maybe they should show them videos where the victim commits suicide and that would scare them into not cyber-bullying people. Haha, sorry, that wasn't a very good answer.

Well, sometimes, they can be arrested!! (it depends on what state you live in) It also depends on what you do. If you abuse or harrass someone terribly, you will be arrested.

Cyber dating is dating online, not actually meeting the person except on the internet.

In other words, hooking up with another via the internet.

If its anyone in all the school its probably 80 or 70% ....Ive already been bullied before in fourth grade and it was awful I always cryed,so the thing for not getting bullied is being confident about yourself and having many friends and if someone starts picking on you they are probably jealous of you just tell an adult and stay away.

Just know that there cowards and have a high probability of having sad lives as well as their own emotional backstabbing issues that are being ignored or affecting there lives. Have confidence in who you are and what you do and learn the internet has a lot of degenerates and that you should avoid particular parts of it. Also one or few persons opinion does not mean that is the opinions of others.

People with low self-esteem or emotional disturbed places feel it is the norm and bring it on other people. They have their natural emotional defenses in a storm cloud ready to thunder on a daily basis to help from feeling inferior and infuriated.

well i do not know the population of people getting killed but what i DO know is a story told to me in the 6th grade.a girl had found a special friend and intended to meet him in a public school.she had told her friend about what had happened and ALSO told her to keep it a secret!(What a Mistake!)and the best friend DID keep the secret!and you know what else?the next morning in the center of the school cafeteria,the girl with that "special'friend of hers was found dead.these are the things that might happen to you if you do not watch out for Cyber Bullying.NEVER INTEND TO MEET ANYONE FROM THE COMPUTER,IF YOU HAVE NOT MET THEM IN PERSON.

You have to think what is the best thing for you? Sometimes the best step is to stand up for yourself, but this is not always possible. Other times you may just have to ignore it.

Further steps you can take include telling an adult (if you are a child or teenager), reporting them (if it is on a website) or blocking them (if it is by email or msn or some other instant messager).

Cyberbullying can be prevented by educating people about the dangers. Teaching about the effects of cyberbullying on a victim. It helps to teach about the consequences for the bully, too.

Tell them, "hey, cyberbullying has gotten out of control please do something about it!", if they say no then you say, " I'll do a petition( a petition is where you go around and get signatures on that subject ) they HAVE to say yes to the petition if it's a no you're on your own I don't know anymore ways
