Well, I'm twelve years old, and I'm in sixth grade at Justin Choral Middle School. I know that having a boyfriend at this age isn't right, but I have a boyfriend, who's name is Tyler S. I'm sure you'll probably get several different types of answers depending on who is answering. From a social standpoint, I don't see much of a big deal with three years. BUT, as a father of a teenager girl who is turning 18 this year, and with respect to the 16 year olds' parents, I would highly recommened watching yourself. and from a legal standpoint be careful ... As the 16 year year old girl is still considered a minor, the parents, and/or the state could consider "Sexual assualt" or molestation charges.

If a guy has an attitude and is going to skirt around the parents to date their daughter he's just buried himself. Considering a 16 year old is a minor and you are not, be man enough to go talk to those parents of hers. You may just get lucky and they will certainly have more respect for you. Not a good idea. The only reason a 17 year old is going to date a 14 year old is going to be illegal sexual contact. And the 17 year old can get in a lot of trouble, particularly if the younger one decides to get mad at them and accuses them of things that never happened, but are illegal.
