In the first Movie "Batman Begins" Bruce Wayne receives his training from Ra's al Ghul and the league of shadows. In his training they used a hallucinogenic flower. Since it the director was willing to use this idea, it's possible that he may be willing to use the idea of venom as long as he explains how it came in to the picture. It is also thought that Bane will be aligned with the league of shadows who may supply the venom which could be administered through his breathing apparatus.
