How beverages are made in factories?
Milk is NOT made in factories, it is produced by living animals (mammals) to feed their young.
Can real diamonds be made by peanut butter?
Yes, under laboratory conditions, this is possible.
Professor of High Pressure Physics Malcolm I. McMahon from Edinburgh University has published on it. It has to do with lab conditions and extreme compression. He has a setup where he uses two other diamonds to form compression points. They are not gem quality... They are saying for now, they are only useful for industrial needs if they ever produce on a wide scale.
Can peanut butter turn in to diamonds?
It might be possible to change peanut butter into diamond, but it would probably have to be done in a lab. Diamond, an allotrope of carbon, is formed in an environment of heat and great pressure. We can make diamonds by the compression of carbon around a diamond "seed" in a huge press that is heated. But heating peanut butter to "reduce" it to carbon would probably result in it burning (if it was done in air), or pyrolizing (if it was done away from air). The first would allow the carbon to "get away" and the latter would see it form compounds that would "resist" allowing the carbon to form diamond crystals.
If we treated the peanut butter chemically to isolate the carbon, we could use that to create a diamond in the press we mentioned before. This question might be designed to cause a student to think about peanut butter, specifically about the chemistry of this substance. There is a fair amount of carbon in peanut butter, but it is chemically chained up with other elements to make up organic molecules. Heating and compressing peanut butter without isolating the carbon would probably just make a mess in the press. But the carbon in peanut butter is the same as the carbon in a diamond. Carbon is carbon. It's just that in diamond, the atoms of carbon have been forced into lattice, and it takes a lot of heat and pressure to make that happen.

Are blue diamonds that are not machine cut expensive?
Blue diamonds are very rare and very expensive. In order for them to be real blue they must be found naturally and color enhanced blue diamond is treated with heat and chemicals. If you are looking for authentic blue diamond’s then make sure the diamond is certified which will also indicate whether the diamond is natural or not. It all depends on the 4 C’s; cut, carat weight and clarity. You will need to do some research in order to decide what to buy.

A stimulated diamond is not a widely recognized term or concept in the field of diamonds or gemology. However, it may refer to a synthetic or lab-grown diamond.
Synthetic diamonds are created in a laboratory under controlled conditions that simulate the natural process of diamond formation. These diamonds have essentially the same chemical composition, crystal structure, and physical properties as natural diamonds. They are often referred to as lab-grown diamonds, cultured diamonds, or man-made diamonds.
The term "stimulated" may be used to emphasize that the synthetic diamond is produced in a controlled environment to stimulate or mimic the natural conditions required for diamond formation. Synthetic diamonds have gained popularity in recent years due to advancements in technology, and they offer an alternative to natural diamonds for those who prefer a more ethically and environmentally conscious choice.
It's important to note that synthetic diamonds are distinct from diamond simulants, such as cubic zirconia or moissanite, which are materials that imitate the appearance of diamonds but have different chemical compositions and physical properties.
How big is the biggest diamond in the world?
The world's largest gem diamond ever found is the 3,106 carat Cullinan Diamond. It was discovered on 26 January 1905, during an inspection of the Premier mine in Pretoria, South Africa, by superintendent Frederick Wells.
The diamond was named Cullinan after the mine's owner, Sir Thomas Cullinan. It was cut by the Asscher Diamond Company of Amsterdam. Joseph Asscher, head of the company, is said to have studied the huge diamond for over six months before deciding how to best divide it.
Eventually, the Cullinan was cut into 9 major gems, 96 smaller brilliants, and 9.5 carats of unpolished pieces. The largest of the cut stones is called the "Cullinan I", also known as the "Star of Africa I,". At 530 carats, it is the world's largest-cut fine-quality colourless diamond.
Additional information: According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the largest faceted (cut) diamond is an unnamed Fancy Black, containing small red diamond crystals. It weighs 555.55 carats and was polished into 55 facets over several years and completed in June 2004.
Why is diamond used for cutting tools?
Diamond is made of carbon that has been compresseed in a way that makes it very hard and difficult to wear. it is used for cutting tools because it is harder than most things you will be cutting.
How much is a blue diamond worth?
Any diamond is valued by its cut, colour, clarity and carat weight. Blue diamonds are the most rare of the naturally coloured stones. It is possible to treat a diamond and turn its colour to blue, but this fact must accompany the sale of any such stone.
A natural blue diamond of just over seven carats in weight sold at auction for more than US eight million dollars, setting a record. (Link, below.)
Smaller and especially irradiated or treated diamonds will sell for much less.
A local gemologist can evaluate your diamond and document its value.
What are diamonds used for besides jewelry?

Diamonds are used as heat conductors in microelectronics.
Diamonds are used for fine engraving.
Windows that cover the openings of lasers, x-rays and vacuum chambers have diamonds in them.
Diamonds are used a micro-bearings in small mechanical devices.
Precision instruments use diamond tips, including tools used in dentistry, and construction.
Another Answer
About 80% of all diamonds mined are industrial diamonds, employed to augment tools because of their hardness.
What is the imitation diamond called?
Imitation diamonds or fake diamonds are also known as faux diamonds. Or "simulant" as used by the industry insiders. It refers to materials, such as CZ, that look like another gem.
Can you make diamond's out of coal?
I cannot. It takes geologic time, heat, and pressure to metamorphose coal into diamond(s).
The related link below will guide you through one of the moderately challenging methods of artificially producing diamonds from coal.
Do diamonds appreciate in value with age?
Yes, generally. Because, with age, most every commodity appreciates in value over time.
If you are holding a diamond for investment purposes, please take it to a certified gemologist who will help you document the quality of the stone. Then put the stone in a safe deposit box, and over time, research the value of similar stones.
If you want to buy an investment-grade stone, shop around to find the best stone at the lowest price. Again, get a certificate of the stone's value and put it away.
It may take 10 or 20 years to see an appreciable increase in any diamond's value, but generally, its value will increase with age.
Where can I sell a white gold with diamond bangle?
You can always sell it to a pawn shop or other similar dealer, but your best price will come via selling it to another person directly.
The value of diamond is calculated on the basis of 4 C's - cut, clarity, color and carat weight. So it is better to take it to a professional jeweler who will check these 4 qualities and evaluate the cost of your diamond. If you try to sell it to a pawn shop, there are chances of not getting a fair deal for it. So try selling it to some reputable jeweler who is in business of buying gold, diamond, and estate jewelry.

How much is a 5 carat diamond worth?
The only way to answer this questions is to first find out the quality of the diamond you're asking about. A diamond that is a D (completely colorless) IF (Internally flawless) will go for much more than an H (near-colorless) SI2 (slightly included) diamond per carat.
Most people stick with a GH color and SI1 or SI2 clarity because you can get more "bang for your buck" in this range. I went ahead and checked out some prices for diamonds under these conditions and this is what I found.
They could range anywhere from $2500 to $7200. There is a large difference in price due to other factors such as the symmetry, polish, girdle thickness, and presence of any flourescence. This should give you a good idea though of the range of the cost per carat.
The link at the bottom is where I found the price information. If you want to get a better idea, just play around with the options on this page in terms of size, color, clarity, cut and price.
Is a platinum ring more expensive than a diamond ring?
Platinum is more dense and so more of it is required to make a ring, platinum rings for e.g. are usually 95% pure platinum. It is usually no longer coated with rhodium. White gold is yellow gold that is mixed with other metals and yellow gold is made in the same way, and the difference is only in the metals used. In order to make the gold white, it is combined with metal alloys that are white in nature and plated with an extremely hard element called rhodium.
