Robert The Doll was made in the Key West, Florida. He was made in 1904 by a young servant that was known to have knowledge of voodo, which she cast on the doll to give to the young boy, Robert Eugene Otto (The servant/slave girl named the doll Robert in order to make the real Robert like the doll). You can pretty much buy Abbey anywhere online, but I think all dolls are hard to find in stores (or it might be just here) :) but I know Toys R Us is really good as far as prices go, but definitely not amazon. So I hope you find her somewhere!

The ones with just pull strings cost about 100 dollars and the professional ones cost from 1000 to 2000 dollars. You can get a nice used one for 400-500 dollars. There are tons of ventriloquist programs to make you excel once you have the doll/dummy. You can start with a sock and work your way up from there, if you cant find a dummy for your budget. Have fun!
