Is the Bengal cat a good outdoor cat?
If you love cats, and have the time to spend with your cat, you will love Bengal cats. They are social cats who love their owner. I have a Bengal cat. In his last home he was beat up by the other cats. My moms fiances friend was selling him. So we took him. he has a little cut on his ear. They loved to be patted.
Bengals are outgoing, very vocal and will follow their owner everywhere. They will bond strongly normally to one owner and do not like to be without them. This hybrid breed are incredibly inquisitive, active and very playful, particuarly with other Bengals. Most do not like being picked up, so do not make the best not lap cats. However, there are exceptions to the rule. Because Bengals bond closely with one owner, it is not ideal for them to be left in the house for a significant period of time.
WARNING: Don't let your cat out unless he has a leash because Bengal cats are worth a lot of money.

Why are cats good to have as a pet?
Cats are good to have as pets for many reasons. One of their biggest factors besides their lovability is that they are not hard to take care of. All a cat needs is food, fresh water, a place to eat and defecate, and love. It is vital they are not deprived of these. However other than those, a cat does not require anything else to be your happy pet. Also, cats can handle being alone for a few days while you vacation, as long as you leave them plenty of food and water to accommodate those days. Cats do not bark, and they take care of any mice, voles or rats that might be living with you. With some breeds of cats, you can even teach them tricks, such as fetch.
They are friendly, loving, playful creatures. Kittens can provide endless entertainment with their antics any hour.
Cats are strict carnivores, so live predominantly on a diet of fresh raw meat. Domestic cats aren't all that different from big cats such as lions. Pet cats, like their wild cousins, get all their nutrition from meat-based proteins and fats. A pet cat that has access to outside might hunt and eat small birds, mice, voles and other small wildlife animals.
Due to the vast variety of different cat foods out there - dry and wet and even moist - each pet cat's diet can vary wildly. Premium cat foods often have a high meat content which is the best to feed your cat.

There is no set amount as to how much a cat should weigh. The average weight of a domestic cat is between 9-11 pounds. What is the best brand of food to give a kitten?
Personally I prefer Azmura since its suited more to kittens then cats. There is also Wellness, Felidae, Blue Buffalo, Evolve, Hi Life and many more.
It depends where you live in the world. All major brands carry a food for kittens. The best foods are the ones with a high Named (labeled Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Lamb, Tuna etc.) meat content. Kittens need about twice as much Protein as adult cats, so the higher the meat content, the better. It is advisable to stay away from brands that include Corn, Wheat, Cereals and Soy in their foods - cats and kittens have difficulty in digesting this and can cause upset stomachs (diarrhea can quickly become fatal to kittens as they dehydrate easily), and do not provide any nutritional value to the kitten whatsoever.

Do Russian blue cats have to have blue eyes?
Yes. All cats retain the striped 'Tabby' gene. Albeit very faint, some Russian Blue cats will retain 'ghost stripes' of varying shades of gray. The longevity of these stripes depends on the individual animal, and may or may not fade with age.
Cats don't vary in size much, but I would recommend cats with points like the Siamese, Javanese, Tonkinese and Colourpoint Shorthairs, plus the Rex breeds, Munchkin and Somali. The Munchkin has very short legs, making it the shortest of cats.
