Currently the Japanese company producing Kai's DVD box sets has stated that they will be making up to about 99 episodes, currently Kai episode 85 is just before the start of the cell games arc. This likely means Kai will not include the majin arc bbut nothing is for definite, but if Kai ends at 99 episodes it will finnish with cells defet and not continue onto the buu sga.

My guess is that Budokai AF is a modded game, probably of Budokai 3. In that case, it'd be impossible for me to tell you how to unlock Goku SSJ5. It has some quality sparring fighting action, relatively little in the way of monstrous energy attacks (which can get boring) and is quite refreshing in that they all have relatively low power levels (as it takes place pre-SSJ).

Bojack Unbound:

Solely because it features more badassery from SSJ2 Teen Gohan, arguably my favourite incarnation of Gohan ever, and because watching him destroy the Cell Jr's and fight Cell was not enough before they discarded the form after the timeskip.

My favourite though I think has to be the Funimation dub of Lord Slug:

The title itself is bad ass enough. Everybody has decent fights, even Chi Chi gets some action. But beyond all, the defining element of the film is it's incredible sound track. Boy Hits Car, Finger Eleven, Disturbed all make this film and its fights just so much more badass to watch.

Battle of Gods:

This movie is surely epic! New enemies, different power levels, a new SSJ form called Super Saiyan God, and even proves Vegeta is stronger than Goku, Gohan, Trunks and Goten. But I say The Legendary Super Saiyan is even better than this.

Many people will cite the first Broly film. Personally I have a bias against the character, perhaps solely down to the fact that so many people love him. But yeah its worth an honourable mention.

As far as the anime, manga, and official statements made, Majin buu's power is 1,000,000,000 and Kid buu's is 1,150,000,000 So the other forms have to be somewhere between those two numbers.

Not even Super Gogeta is as high as any of the numbers you've stated, being at 2,500,000,000
