Yes! I take Prozak in the morning and seroquel at night. I was suffering from PTSD and couldn't sleep. I was also depressed so I was taking Prozak. And it perked me right up. I feel so "normal" again...back to the ole me!! :) I've lost 30 lbs and got a job promotion, all because I wasn't "tripping out" on my past anymore.... LOL!!

yes! i take both everyday. my doctor prescribed both to me after i tried paxil alone and i was still not having a ton of energy. the phentermine actually helps the paxil work better and has some added benefits such as increased energy and a decrease in appetite. you just have to watch your blood pressure because phentermine will cause it to increase. so if you already have high blood pressure i would not suggest taking both. but if you are like me and have really low blood pressure then the phentermine will just put you in the normal range. good luck

Yes you can take them together or what I was doing was the ibuprofen every two hours and the percocet every 4 to 6 hours as needed for the really severe pain.

The ibuprofen seemed to extend the pain killing peak of the percocet while effectivly managing the swelling under the compression bandage\cast.

Doseage was 8oomg Ibuprofen every 6 hours slipped in between the doseage times for the percocet. But I found what worked better was 4oomg every 2 to 4 hours as needed in addition to the percocet. It's working well to manage pain and swelling as well.

Generally yes, athough you shouldn't need to. The ibuprofen will supply more relief of inflammation. And the percocet will provide more pain relief from its narcotic and analgesic ingredients. but, they are not commonly prescribed together. If you received the prescriptions at different times, or are considering taking over the counter ibuprofen, you should ask your health care provider first.

I also checked this out by calling the medical department at Suboxone and I was told that I was correct that this was the indication.

Yes i used nyquil cold and flu i mixed it with soda and drank it im young and weigh about 120 pounds and i took about 4 and a half 30ml and before that i took two ibuprohen i dont know if that had anything to do with it

Funny I should stumble upon this question. I have been taking Darvocet for approximately 3 years. I have a crooked spine which causes me daily back, neck and head pain. It's not bad enough yet for me to have surgery, but bad enough that I'm not benefiting from physical therapy. Therefore, Darvocet has been a life-saver for me.

I also suffer from mild "seasonal affective disorder". Around the beginning to middle of September (when the weather starts to get colder), I fall into a complete slump. Unable to get motivated, I feel like staying in bed all day. I also get rapid panic attacks at the onset of the changing of the seasons. Last year, my doctor prescribed Prozac for the S.A.D., and said that I could take it for the winter months and discontinue it once the fall and winter months were over. This worked wonders for me, and I continued using it until the end of April. The only downside to this was that I experienced a significantly decreased libido.

With fall rolling around again, I found myself back into the same slump as last year. I went to my doctor and asked him if there was something similar to Prozac that wouldn't affect my libido as much. He prescribed Lexapro. He did say that while this drug may also lower my libido, it shouldn't be as bad as the Prozac because the usual needed dosage is much lower.

I asked him how the Lexapro and Darvocet would mix, and he said that I shouldn't have a problem with the two as long as I'm not abusing either drug (i.e., taking too much Darvocet just to get "high". Which I don't.)

i just did it.. the lorazapam seems more effective in the pain control ( and mental/emotional control) than was acetominophen, so far.

That would depend on your tolerance. If you personally have a low tolerance for most drugs, I wouldn't recommend more than 72. However, I know a girl who weighs about 100 lbs who takes a lot more than that. Most people start out on a 36 mg tablet and work their way up until they figure out what works best for them.

I am a former Paramedic and here is what would happen if you took 100mg of Flexeril and 750mg of Tramadol.

Around 30 min after you take it you will become extremely disoriented, and ill. Your vital body systems begin to slow to dangerous levels. Then, and here is the fun part, you or someone else realizes what a stupid move that was and calls 911. My colleagues race to your home lights and sirens, risking their own lives(Emergency driving is the single most dangerous part of the job). We rush into your home and find you fading in and out of consciousness with unstable vital signs. We put you on the cardiac monitor and stick 2 of the biggest IV needles we can find into your arms or neck. Then we paralyze you with other drugs and shove a tube the size of your thumb down your throat so we can breath for you. You are still partly conscious and you see and feel everything being done but you cannot move, cannot speak, and in the period between the paralytic and the intubation you cannot breath. You are loaded into the ambulance and rushed to the ER, but along the way we give you one more tube, up your nose and into your stomach. This is where the ER staff will inject the Activated Charcoal solution that will help to absorb the poisons, but you will throw some up anyway staining your face and clothes black. But OH your not yet done with the fun.

Now a nurse is going to shove yet another tube into your privates(urethra) so you can pee in a bag cause you can't get up. Chances are by now you have also crapped all over yourself, and in the process cleared the ER of all non essential personnel.

If you live through this and you probably will because of the high level of care you have received, it's off to the 10th floor or wherever the psych. unit is for a 72hr hold due to attempted suicide. Man what fun we had tonight?
