After you throw up you should eat saltines, apple sauce, or ginger ale. The ginger in ginger ale will sooth your stomach. After throwing up you should not eat anything big or that has a lot of acid like regular soda or pine apple.

You will become thin... However healthy eating and excersise are far better means of getting rid of excess weight as they will improve your health unlike anorexia. Anorexia will only cause problems to your body!

(now recovered) simply type in pro-ana websites or something along that line and look carefully through what comes up. i am NOT pro-ana, but i know of several people who found the courage to go into recovery simply from the support they received on these sites, like i received support myself. these sites DO NOT promote anorexia, as most people claim, they simply give a place for people suffering (or who choose this life style) from these somewhere to honestly express their feelings and not get slammed for being the way they are. good sites will always support recovery and keeping yourself as healthy as possible. of course, like everything else in life there are the good and bad. sites that promote "become like us, anorexic!" are stupid. you DO NOT become ana just because you want to!! anorexia is no way to live, i know, and i hope anyone who is seeks help. otherwise, KEEP HEALTHY, and know your not alone!
