Why does a fried egg have more energy than a boiled egg?
Because when you fry something not only are you getting the energy from the egg but also from the grease that you cook it in. So when you boil the egg not only do you deplete all nutritional value but also depleting the energy not all but some.
Are hard boiled eggs supposed to have a runny yolk?
Battery Hen's usually produce a runny white which spreads across the pan, when their eggs are cooked. A true free range egg white sits nicely around the yolk when cracked into the fry pan. Therefore the difference is diet, free range hen's graze on grass and dig up things in the soil and also eat insects, snails, worms etc.
The conclusion then in my opinion is make sure there is a more varied diet.
How do you cook eggs on pavement?
Place the eggs inside a plastic cooking bag and place the bag onto a black piece of metal. The black metal will heat up (absorb the sunlight) and the eggs will start to cook because the energy produced by the black metal will not be able to escape from the bag, instead it will act like a convection oven. To really make it work, add a reflector that reflects the light from the sun directly onto the black metal and eggs. Enjoy your meal!
How long does an omelet keep in the fridge?
Its hard to say. It really depends on what is in it because obviously some foods keep better than others. I would say roughly two days but the sheer smell will drive it out of your refrigerator in about a day. For the best results, freeze it and reheat it slowly in the oven.
They only get the black ring if you do not refresh after cooking, as soon as the eggs are boiled pour off the hot water and put the eggs under a cold running tap for a few minutes, this quickly cools the eggs and prevents the black ring.

Fixdeluxe1's Improvment:
I usually do 2-3 eggs per person. This will be for one person.Multiply when doing for more than 1 person.
2-3 eggs(Size 7 is what I buy)
Milk(Usually 1/4 cup for each egg but more or less your choice)
Add egg/s into a bowl and mix around with a fork. Then add milk and mix around with the fork again.Make sure to check for egg shells before stirring. Then get a pan prepared adding butter to either the pan or egg mix(mix in with fork). Then turn up the heat and put a little canola or olive oil in the pan if you wish(I use avacado oil spray to prevent burns).Throw in the mix and wait a few seconds. It will start to feel like sticking but that is just making it solid.Once that is done keep mixing around.I usually add grated and/or sliced edam, tasty or cheddar cheese as well as crushed pepper.Once it forms what it should look like and has the right feel and texture(depends on your prefrance).I wait until it forms a solid disperesed shape and I break it up with the wooden spoon.
Serve on a plate and I have it with fried eggs, sausages, steak, bacon and tomatoes.

Why do you get blood spots in eggs?
What causes blood spots in eggs?
Blood spots are also called meat spots. Occasionally found on an egg yolk. Contrary to popular opinion, these tiny spots do not indicate a fertilized egg. Rather, they are caused by the rupture of a blood vessel on the yolk surface during formation of the egg or by a similar accident in the wall of the oviduct. Less than 1% of all eggs produced have blood spots.
Mass candling methods reveal most eggs with blood spots and those eggs are removed but, even with electronic spotters, it is impossible to catch all of them. As an egg ages, the yolk takes up water from the albumen to dilute the blood spot so, in actuality, a blood spot indicates that the egg is fresh. Both chemically and nutritionally, these eggs are fit to eat. The spot can be removed with the tip of a knife, if you wish.
Blood spots are more commonly found in brown eggs. The reason is two-fold. Firstly, the genetics of brown birds predisposes them to lay more eggs with blood spots in them. Secondly, during the candling procedure, the brown shell of the egg appears to have a red tint to it, which makes the task of looking for a red spot behind it extremely difficult.

How do you cook a soft boiled egg?
Hard boiled eggs will not be hard boiled unless boiled for at least 10 minutes a six minute egg is traditionally known as a soft boiled egg so boil for 10 minutes, then turn heat off, let stand for at least 5 minutes if not needed straight away it will not hurt to leave in hot water till water has cooled.
Answer : Canada Ont. Start eggs in cold water bring to boil let boil for 10 minutes mine always come out fine.
I usually put the eggs in the pot, add enough cold water to cover the eggs then place on the stove. bring the water to a boil, remove from heat and cover with a lid. Let them sit for about 10 minutes. The eggs will be perfectly hard boiled and you won't have that dark pigment around the yolk. BTW.... I too am in southern Ontario, Canada.
Can you eat two boiled eggs at night?
There's nothing that would make eating eggs at night better than eating eggs in the morning or afternoon.
Enjoy eggs whenever you like. Disregard cholesterol amounts because in healthy individuals it has no effect, because your body makes its own cholesterol. When you eat more it will make less of its own.
Can you use whole eggs instead of just egg yolks in chocolate pudding?
Most chocolate pudding recipes I find are egg free.
However a chocolate pudding that uses eggs yolks is essentially a chocolate custard. If you used whole eggs in a custard it would not set the same as when made the usual way with just yolks. Some custards do have beaten egg white added separately after they set.
Note: there is a British recipe for steamed "chocolate pudding" that uses whole eggs, but its texture is more like a cake than pudding.
How many extra large eggs equal 3 medium eggs?
An extra large egg has about 4 tablespoons of liquid and a large egg is about 3 1/2 tablespoons of liquid (http://bakingbites.com/2008/09/large-eggs-vs-extra-large-eggs-in-baking/) so 7 extra large eggs is the same as 8 large eggs.
