There is no difference between Hindu and Muslim women. The differences are based on how individuals were raised, educated etc. It has nothing to do with one's religion.

Technically, one may become an imam at puberty - which is considered the time adulthood is reached - but most likely there will be others within a community who are more qualified because of equal or better knowledge and, of course, maturity. That is if what is meant by "imam" is a religious leader. An "imam" is also one who simply leads the prayer. That can be, as mentioned, at the time of puberty.

He has No Son, No Off-spring, No Parents, No Associate whatsoever. He enjoys Absolute Authority over all creatures. He is Most Merciful, Oft-Forgiving, All-Knowing, All Listening, Omni-Present, Omni-Potent. He shall never forgive a person who associates anybody else with Him in His Absolute Authority.

ShirK means that you know that there is a Supreme Being Who has created universe. But along with that Supreme Being (Allah-God) some one attributes the powers to others-Idols, priests, holy men etc.- which only Allah Almighty enjoys. That is associating Partners, Son, or somebody else to Almighty Allah. If somebody prays to, begs from, takes somebody his beneficient, or thinks him to be capable of doing harm without the Wish of Almighty Allah, he commits Shirk.

Ism-e-Azam is the Proper Noun of Almighty Allah Karim - Allah. All the other names are His attributes- Creator, Sustainer, Nourisher, Provider, Ruler etc. Doing miracles is not the ultimate end, or goal of a Muslim. The Ultimate Goal of a Muslim is to establish such a relationship with Almighty Allah that He is pleased with him. A Muslim should remain thankful to Him in whatever condition He puts him. This relationship can be attained by sincerely following the commands of Almighty Allah, striving in the cause of Almighty Allah Karim, and acting upon the Sahih Hadith of the beloved Prophet (SAW).
