"Gelukkige trouwdag" means "Happy wedding anniversary" in Dutch.

However in the Netherlands and Belgium we do not translate "Happy wedding anniversary" litteraly if we want to congratulate someone.

A more correct phrase is "Gefeliciteerd met jullie trouwdag", meaning "Congratulations with your wedding anniversary".
