An optical illusion, like a magic picture. If you stare at them really hard they will disappear.

You should be seeing an Opthamologist every single year to keep on top of this. Before going in to see the specialist write down a list of questions you would like to ask him/her. Ask if laser surgery could correct this defect and if not what are your options.

Your eyes are everything so don't fool around waiting and guessing what it is.

AnswerI can't be sure but you may be a 'Savant'(?). Some people with this condition when they hear music see different colours for different notes. Others see a colour and get a taste in their mouth. Its because your brain got wired up with a few cross-wires when you were concieved.Nothing to worry about, just the same genetic differences we all have compared with our parents. If it didn't happen we'd all look the same. You are very special - enjoy.

Why do you see bugs while awake?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

They are known as benign "eye floaters".

In response to above:

I have the same problem but its definitely not "eye floaters." They are very real looking. Most of the time they look like tiny tan centipedes almost larva sized but they move too fast to be larva. I see them on the floor and I have to get up close to them or shut my eyes for a minute for them to go away but usually they try to scurry under things. If I keep my eyes open and watch them go under things, when I lift up what ever they went under they are gone. Its so scary that its developing into a phobia for bugs.

Before this started happening I didn't like bugs but they didn't scare me now these experiences are so traumatic that I freak out when i see ones that are there and ones that aren't there. I almost cant take seeing bugs now.

I have been looking online and some other answers seem to be drug abuse from uppers but I don't do drugs. My grandmother had Alzheimer's/dementia but I am only 21.

It doesn't happen too often and usually only when I am awake for too long but it has happened when I wasn't awake that long too so I am very confused.

If anyone else knows what's going on I would really like to know!

What does it mean when you look at a stag and see your newly deceased father's eyes?

u probably either had a reaction to meds, making u hallucinate. or u just have a vivid imagination From Derwydd:

Without background information, this question's answer will be somewhat diffuse.

Initial assumption: This happened in the material world, not a dream or vision.

Assuming you loved and were close to your father:

If you were hunting, then it was a sign not to kill this particular stag.

If you were enjoying the forest but were not hunting, then it was a message to pay attention to your loving connections to the natural world, including people, because it is paying attention to you with similar grace.

If you and he were parted with unresolved issues, then this was a message that you need not feel guilty; he lives in grace and beauty and so should you.

Assuming you did not have a close, loving relationship with your father:

It is a message to live with more grace and gentleness because your current path has hidden dangers.

What does a doctor sees in eye in normal eye check up?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

First they will check your vision, if you need correction based on that test they do a refraction (the machine with all the lenses where they ask you "better 1, or better 2?". After they get your glasses rx, if needed, they will check your intraocular pressure using either a tonopen, applanation or non-menthol contact applanation (the air puff), but they will put a numbing drop in your eye so you won't feel anything. Next they dilate your eye (make your pupil big) and then check the back of your eye (retina, optic nerve, macula, blood vessels). A lot depends on age and health, but those are the basic things they look for in an regular eye exam.
