you can at any age, ok maybe not when you are a baby but if you do it'll make your eyebrows all weird (exept if you have abnormal eyebrows that are thick as coarse fur and your doctor or someone told you to) so don't do it! (unless you've got some gray hairs)

---- The previous answer is stupid. Almost every woman plucks her eyebrows. Some don't need to a whole lot. Some need to a LOT. you start when you feel like you need to. That can be anywhere from 12 to 16 give or take. Google how to pluck your eyebrows for tips.

I would recommend waxing... it lasts much longer wihtout the green patch

Three words: pluck with tweezers.Painful as it is, it last a long time and is easier. I recommend doing it at ngith after a shower because that's when your hair is softest and it often tru red around the area you pluck for about an hour or so and you can just sleep it off.

I believe you're suffering from trichotillomania. It's nothing much to worry about. Just talk to your doctor.

This question is not too specific, but I'll try answering the best I can. If you mean you lose a couple pieces of hair from your eyebrow and the loss is unnoticeable, there is nothing to be concerned about. If you are losing excessive amounts, please talk to your doctor. If you have recently plucked your eyebrows, it is not growing back, and you are of a certain age, this is normal. Once some people reach a certain age, hair stops growing.
