Fairies and Pixies

With wings: Pixies.

Without wings: Elves, sometimes trolls, sometimes Redcaps (especially when changelings are involved)

And lastly: (Again, wings included): unicorns and dragons - sometimes fairy "pets" or fairy helpers, or sometimes just a mode of transport when they do not wish to use their own wings.

They are believed to be spirits of the forest. The forest created fairies to look over the life in itself.

OF COURSE. IS ONE PLUS ZERO ONE? You can learn about them just never capture them. You could get pranked. You could be in your yard in your underwair. they are magic!

to me, yes. i read in a book that a baby fairy starts off by having a dandelion as a wand and then goes on to have a wand that I'm not sure is called. more older fairies don't need wands resulting in that they can use their mind to do such magic.

Maybe because one of my books about fairies says they will die if you say they don't exist or their not real.

No. No one has seen a fairy. Years ago there were two little English girls who convinced the world they had taken pictures of real faerie's. It became a big story at the time ( this was in the early 1900's) and famous people like Harry Houdini came to see the girls to talk with them about the pictures. People were convinced the pictures were real. When one of the girls was in her 80's and dying she finally admitted that the pictures were fake. There is a really neat movie about this called Fairy Story. Find it you will like it. ****If you go to aboutparanormal.com true tales of the paranormal, you will find stories about fairies purported to be true. The writers swear that fairies are real, & some of their documentation is interesting to read & hard to debunk.

Fairies are fictitious creatures, and as such, their weight would dependon what the writer wants. In some depictions, fairies are tiny creatures that would weigh just a few ounces. In other depictions they may be the same size as adult humans and would likely be similar in weight.

Some people consider it to be bad luck to step into a faery ring. You could either upset the faeries or get transported to their realm.

The magical powers that a fairy possesses is dependent upon what type of fairy one is referring to. One of their main abilities is the ability to fly. A fairy Godmother for example, can transform things with a simple flick of a magic wand.

You start talking in an Irish accent and dressing in green.

You can appease a fairy by NOT catching them and giving them milk.If you catch them they wont trust you.if you want you can find fairies in Hogsbake and other woodlands . You can appease a fairy by growing long hair as they enjoy it . hug trees is a good start.

Well, let's see...

-Fairies might name their cities after a great leader. We'll use Queen Titania as an example. They might name a city something like "Titania" or "Titaniaville."

-They might name it after the landscape. If it's near the ocean, they might call it "Oceanside."

-They might name it after a local plant that grew in abundance. If there were a lot of blueberries, they might call it "Blueberry" or "Blueberry Town."

-They might name it after the city's founder.

-They might name it after a virtue or quality they like. They might name it "Peace" or "Sparkle City."

There are lots of options; use your imagination!

If you are a human who believe's you are a fairy then technically you are a changeling - someone who was swapped at birth by the fairies.

If you are truly a fairy then one day the fairies should come and tell you and possibly take you away.

If your talking about adopting a fairy in real life, good luck with that. Faries are a myth, and there is no proof they exist in real life.

However, if your talking about a game you might want to include the name of the game or email the game people to find out.

Also if your dreaming you might have a chance in your dream to adopt a fairy.

If you still believe in fairies here is some hunting tips:

- look under a tree with a toadstool ring, then carefully look under a toadstool or look in the middle of the ring.

- peek through a holed stone, you are supposed to be able to see them that way.

- walk in the moon light on Mid-summer's Eve (the summer solstice).

- leave "treats" in your garden, and legend has it one may adopt you.

- learn the "true name" of a fairy and legend says you will have the "power" to command it.

Break your teeth and put it in a cotten and in the nigth at 3 o'clock wake up slowly and see the fairy :)

it probaly all started when God made the world he must of made fairies with they're magic too... 2nd answer: Humans have magick (spelled with a ck) as well. Mainstream religions started killing people who perform magick in the first century after Christ. Most people who use magick (we are fondly called witches) tend to keep it to our selves do to the christians who still think we are evil. Fairies are closer to nature then any human, so they are more in tune with energies than we are.

Well it depends if your really believe in fairies. If you do most people believe fairies to be good

tooth fairies are usally blue or pink and wear purple and light blue and pinlk dresses but if you dont believe in them then they wont be real!
