One of the five Keller family transcripts is next to Rawbreakers Reststop. Look around for a radio antenna. There are two ghouls that you have to kill. Look on the shelf and there will be a transcript.
There is a glitch to open the door without the transcripts, I done it, but it takes patience. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHYgeU_68Ns&feature=related

There are several Sniper Rifles to find in Fallout New Vegas.
One of the easiest to find is in a derelict building near Camp McCarran.
But be careful the building is booby trapped.
i dont know that but i may know how to fix it.
you should download some patches, just type in on google fallout 3 patches and choose the one that you want and it should fix any of your problems.
Charon is a person that you can hire to follow you around and trade stuff with. You can find Charon at the Museum of History where the group of ghouls live. Go up the stairs on the left of the ghoul settlement and go into the door that says "The Ninth Circle". The "basic" way to gain him is by paying the store owner 2,000 caps for Charon's employmemt contract. This is a little pricey, but at least you do something in the game.
Yes, "motherlode" is the cheat code which enables you to get 50,000 simeoleons each time you enter it.
The National Archives are in the Mall next to the Musem of History, if you start the quest "Stealing Independence" you are asked to find the decleration of independance it will show you where it is, you can find Abraham Washington in Rivet City in the National Preservation Society.
all you have to do is find sunset sassperilla bottles and drink them and after some of the bottles you drink it will either have normal bottle caps or sunset sassperilla blue star caps if you collect enough of these you can take them to the sunset sassperilla facility and talk to the robot cowboy and he should update you on how you are doing and when you collet enough you get a big prize. Watch out for people pretending to have been attacked by people wanting the special caps because there trying to trick you as soon as the person has finish talking to you kill him and get the special caps (this only starts after you started to collect them for the robot cowboy)

There was a way I did it, if im sure. I had all the downloadable contents from the market place:^
Broken Steel
Mothership Zeta
Operation Anchorage
Point Look Out
The Pit
When you die in the gas chamber it plays the video what happend after you die. Then you start to wake up and the downloadable content show up on your screen saying you have it while you get up. Now you can continue playing Fallout 3. I am not 100% sure but that's what happend to me.
you have to have the 3 keys from 'Shoot em in the Head' quest. the C.O. office beside the fort
the bomb building you do not have to have keys for you can just simply pick the lock and the quest your talkin about is for the national guard depot with the mirv in it so dont let the newbs answer your questions and get you mixed up
Try: server. If you don't have a password, the only other option is to hack the terminal. Tip. Each terminal will give you four attempts to find the correct password, if the forth attempt is incorrect the terminal locks and you will not be able to try again. However, if after three attempts you have failed to choose the correct one, hit the red button at the bottom right corner of the terminal to quit, then go back and try again, you get four more attempts, you can repeat this process as many times as you wish without getting locked out.

If you're referring to the quest given at Tenpenny Tower, the Ghoul underground is located in Warrenton metro station, to the southwest of the Tower. Roy Phillips is located there, along with some other ghouls.
If you're having trouble finding the station: the first time you discovered Tenpenny Tower, you'll remember that Roy Phillips was yelling into the intercom, and left after a short while. Walk in the general direction he was going, and you'll come to the metro station.
It is a form of damage, depending on how bad your poisoning is you will have different effects. If you reach 1000 rads you will die.
im sorry that is a wrong answer that answer wasn't even on subject the ears are actually for a perk the hitman or the regulator perk one is when you kill good people there will be an ear in there inventory grab it and take it to the scrapyard and the regulator perk is for killing bad people and it leaves an ear also but you got to go to the regulator shack and sell the ear
I made it less than 1 week only . (with no DLC)
if you play it 3 hours a day , you'll finish more than 2 mission indeed.
(that's if you uncover all the location in the wasteland)
With the EXPLOLER Perk , it'll be Easy for you to found all hard Locations there, sometimes you'll very need this perk , 'cause one or two quests here need to be uncover and if you don't have this perk you'll be exausted (like i did) . Example : "Agatha's Song" you must know Vault 92 , if you don't have this Perk , you'll take a long long way to the capital through the Subs , Raiders , Ghouls , Roaches , sometimes Muties and then you find the info 'bout where's the vault is . So ? take the Perk right now :)
There are over 80 different quest to do in Fallout new Vegas
At least on the PC version, no. It saves every savepoint, not on a designated file. So every savepoint of every gamefile will be in one long queue in the Load Game option.
Next to the south entrance gate to the scrapyard is a small shack, you need a key to get in.
