Fallout 3 takes place 200 years after the Great nuclear War in 2077 which almost killed everything on Earth. To save the human race, a company called Vault-Tec made over 100 Vaults in mountains or underground to see how people would react being stuck in a confined environment after a nuclear holocaust. You start the game being born from your POV where you choose a name gender appearance etc and are rushed out of the clinic where you hear your mother going into cardiac arrest. The game skips ahead to the next year where you choose your SPECIAL stats and then it goes to your tenth birthday where you get some starting equipment and a pip-boy 3000. The game then shows your character at 16 where you take the GOAT, an aptitude test that tells which job your character will have in the Vault and this is where you choose your tag skills. After that your character is 19 and you have to escape the Vault because your dad has left and you need to find out why.

The game isn't that long and without the Broken Steel DLC you cannot continue the game after beating the main quest line like in Oblivion, there's still so much to do and explore and tons of things to collect as well. Combat is pretty easy to follow and the game also has a special VATS targeting system which will allow you to target certain body parts while the game is just locked until your done and you also take only 10% of the normal damage during VATS. The game is very easy though, you Can actually have an easier time on Very Hard difficulty than you think and there's also a lot of bugs and glitches to deal with, but getting past those it's a really fun game.

Fallout New Vegas takes place a few years after Fallout 3 takes place and it's story takes place in the Mojave' Wasteland near the Vegas strip. Vegas wasn't hit as hard by the bombs so you won't see as much rubble and debris as you would in Fallout 3, but that doesn't mean that Vegas is safe. There are still the usual Raiders, bandits, slavers, maniacs, and mutants to worry about and theres also supposed to be a larger map than Fallout 3's. Your character is a courier who is delivering a very important package to a settlement called Primm, you're given orders not to open the package for ANY reason though and then out of the blue your character is shot in the head twice and left to die in a shallow grave. You are then dug up by a robot named Victor and taken to Doctor Mitchell in Goodsprings (another town). You then do a simple character creation thing and you're given some equipment and sent out into the world. Well, I have looked on many websites (MANY) but can't seem to find one cheats for xbox 360. I'm positively sure that there is cheats for hitman blood money on Play Station 2, PC and just a normal xbox!

It won't be out for a long time. Bethesda is going to finish Elder Scrolls 5 before even thinking about a sequel to the Fallout-franchise. There are some disagreements with the ownership of the Fallout-series too, so it'll be a while. My guess is something like 2014 maybe...

You get to be trained to where it by the brother hood in the main quest

You must follow main quests tell you are let in to the brotherhood of steals place, then you talk to someone who walks around in the courtyard during the day. I forget his name but they will tell you who to talk to in main quest line.

Firstly, during the security sweep, check the computer in the Hoover Dam main building. You will find evidence of an unauthorised login. Check the maintenance closet accessed from the same room, you will find a bloodstain which can be examined. You can pickpocket the engineers, and find a detonator trigger on one of them, which can be reported to the security chief. If you fail to do this, he will plant an explosive on the president's vertibird, though you have chance to disarm this or inform the security chief if you discover it.

Secondly keep an eye on the ranger at the top of the opposite tower. If you watch, a second figure will emerge and throw the first off to his death, he will be lying in front of the entrance. You can ascend and speak to the second person, who is a Legion assassin in disguise. He will evade any attempt to raise the alarm, and will try to kill you.

Lastly sometimes a man in the crowd will simple draw a switchblade and try to stab the president - this guy tends to get taken down by the rangers before he can do much damage. I believe the way to uncover him is to ask the dog handler if you can borrow the dog to help you on your sweep, it will identify the infiltrator.

To my knowledge it is NOT possible to have a deathclaw follower.

Possibly, as of now, Bethesda and Black Mountain are currently working on expansion packs for Fallout: New Vegas and an online MMORPG Fallout game called Project V13 or FOOL kind of like WoW (World of Warcraft). So don't expect another installment to the fallout series any time soon.

It really depend on your taste on fire arms in any range small medium(rifles and what not) or large, there isn't really a best gun in the game(well there is) but there is always a better gun than the next one in dps/damage. the gun i mainly go with is the Chines Assault Rifle or the The Terrible Shotgun anyways the best small gun in fallout 3 is the Callahan's magnum.

Typically, that's impossible unless you CHEAT. Sorry, I don't know the codes, but you can search them on Google or something. I tried before, just typing in the wrong codes can crash the game and if you type like 20 in a row it'll freeze. So, do a few every ten minutes or so.

You can find one of the best companions in my opinion at Novac. He can only be found at night at the dinosaur mouth. In order to get him you must do a mission to find out what happend to his wife. Next find the old women which she will be probably be in her house and tell her to stand in front of the dinosaur. Once she is there equip the red hat he gives you then go to him. He'll follow you from now on unless you start to go against the NCR

the world just repopulates itself but it takes a couple of in game days so just sleeping a lot usually brings back the people but all their names will be changed for instance in brightwall Richard the Town Crier became Joseph the Town Crier in my game

It is impossible to join the NCR in the game Fallout New Vegas. The closest you can come is wearing NCR Armour and having an amazing reputation with the NCR Group by doing missions and tasks.

Although why you would want to join the NCR is beyond me, they have their flaws.

If there was ever a movie that came close, it would be The Book Of Eli. The wastelands looked too similar and the story of the "blinding flash of light" seemed like 20 years after an explosion, where as Fallout 3 is 200 years later. There have been a number of other post-apocalyptic movies which either are loosely related to (and probably denied as being such) or remarkable similar in style and story.

Only a few steps east of the Anchorage Memorial is a sewer entrance underwater. If you go there instead of the memorial itself (and use a Stealth Boy as soon as you enter), you just creep up to the very first Mirelurk egg sack you see, drop the observation device inside it and then go back to Moira.
