Yes, the trophies are pretty easy to get. To get most of them, you have to complete missions. As for others, you get them from leveling to a certain level, with a certain karma. There's also a few that you get from hacking into a certain number of terminals, picking a certain ammount of locks, passing a certain number of speech checks, as well as discovering a pretty high number of locations.

Creating all 9 special weapons will also unlock another.

There's some collectables in the game, called bobbleheads, which raise your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats by 1, and your regular skills by 10. You get a trophy for collecting 10, which is half, and another for collecting all 20.

You will hear a distress signal from the vault and if you listen to it you will get a new quest, "trouble on the homefront" once you walk into the door of the vault you will once again hear the Vault 101 PA system, not that there's much to hear. p.s. you have to be somewhere near the vault such as in Megaton to hear the distress beacon.

First find a vertibird. Then pull out the fatman. Shoot the fatman at the vertibird (from a distance).The talk to Moira Brown in Megaton and buy ALL of her items. Then kill her with enclave power armor on. After that find an enclave solider. You will notice the solider is friendly to you. Make sure there is a vertibird nearby. Walk over to the vertibird and it will start to follow you. It will drop enclave soliders anytime an enemy is nearby. The soliders will attack the enemy and easily kill it. It usually drops 10 soliders at a time. Anytime you want the vertibird to stop following you simply go to your pip-boy. Go to the misc category and there will be an item without a picture called "86908-error-vertibird-model no.7660366754" just click "drop" and the vertibird will be gone. Don't worry it will still be in your inventory, and all you have to do to get it back is click "drop" again. Just make sure to put the vertibird away before entering buildings or the game will freeze. Hope this helped! Enjoy!

At the top of the mountain, where the ham radio is situated, there is an entrance to the cave. It is very dark and recessed in the mountain, so you have to keep walking 'into' the dark until a prompt comes up asking you if you want to enter the cave.

i dont know what you mean by "PA", but the winterized t51b Does degrade, i heard from fallout.wikia.com (use this site for any Fallout Qs) that the developers messed up and gave the armor the HP of the simulation version so it has like 1mil health.

You are talking about the Super Mutant Behemoths. They just have a lot more radiation and it makes them bigger - like the HUGE roaches called rad roaches or (radiation) roaches. However, this was originally an concept from Fallout 1, where the FEV virus was let into the air by an accident by the US military following the apocalypse. The FEV virus was the original cause for all major mutations in the Fallout world and was so detailed that one can be forced into an super mutant state by dipping yourself in the vats of the Pure FEV (Pure Forced Evolotionary Viruis). Yet, if the original canon is valid in Fallout 3 is still to be told.
