I tested those two clients, along with 18 others, on 30 test torrents.

uTorrent and Vuze were among the few that performed excellently on all 30 torrents.

So, speed is not an issue between them.

uTorrent is small and easy on system resources, but has all the basic options needed by the average bittorrent user.

Vuze uses a good amount of RAM for a bittorrent client, but has every option that any user could ever want through its basic program and plugins.

Both have excellent support for their clients and both are constantly improving their client and bittorrent overall through their innovations.

In my opinion, no, it is not safe. let me tell you, it almost jacked up my mp3. at first, i was happy with it, but then when i tried charging my mp3 a few days after i installed imesh, my mp3 would charge and then shut off when i opened up imesh. it kept doing this. so i restarted my computer, and i tried charging it AGAIN. it worked without imesh! then just to test it out, i opened up imesh. immediately, my mp3--which had registered to imesh--started to go wacky again: charging for a minute, then shutting off, and then charging all over again. so i uninstalled imesh immediately.

plus before i installed imesh, norton scanned my computer and few viruses were detected. then i installed imesh, and norton found about a thousand viruses.

its like limewire (which caused for my computer to have a virus) so im just telling you that you shouldn't use it.

instructions to recover your files ..

this method only works if you locked one of your own personal folders and did not use the folder that opens up automatically when u run the folder lock software... they give this folder a name like vault or chest or something to that effect....

start your computer in safe mode and ACCESS THE ACTUAL FOLDER.... DO NOT RUN THE "FOLDER LOCK" PROGRAM. just navigate through explorer to the folder that you locked and it will open as normal...once in the locked folder copy or cut your files to another location then reboot in normal mode and your files will be in the new location.

i am using windows 7 ultimate and it worked as simple as that...

i don't know how to get rid of the 'folder lock' program itself without the password unless you reformat the hard drive, but at least with this method u will be able to access and move out your files from the locked folder.

once you move your files to another location, the locked folder will be empty and take up the same space as a regular empty folder so it wont be robbing your space..and the folder lock program is very small it wont have any devastating impact on your hard drive space, it can be ignored.
