Not really, but there are some evidence that he suppose to be with Tifa Lockhart. Others say that is Cloud and Aerith but unfortunately, she is dead and she is paired with Zack Fair. I apologize but Cloud and Tifa are meant to be.

Assuming that you are talking about movies such as Advent Children and such, there are at least 3. The first one Final Fantasy:Legend of the crystals, which was based on Final Fantasy 5. Spirits Within was the next one, and then there was Advent Children and Last Order, with the Last Order being a short movie about the events in Nibelheim with Cloud on guard duty in a blue uniform, escorting Sephiroth and Zack as well as the tour guide, Tifa Lockheart, toward the mako reactor.

There is also a 25 episode anime series called Final fantasy: Unlimited, but it is not really a movie or anything close to it.
