To get to be a summoner in final fantasy tactics advanced, you need to master 2 white mage abilities and 2 elementalist abilities. To be an elementalist, you need to master 1 fencer and 1 white mage ability. Me personally would prefer an assassin though. To be an assassin, you need 1 sniper and 2 elementalists. You Have to level up first if your having trouble odin uses an attack that kills your party in one hit if you cant beat him within a certain time limit you will lose. Zantetsuken is a one hit kill, after you beat him he becomes a summon for you, anyone that can sommun can use this attack against other enemys (sometimes), also get a Thief to level 71 and use the steal option on Odin to get Gungnir the second most powerful spear in The whole game.

You should have a ninja in your party and attempt to buy shurinkens in the land of eureka ( When you see the two guys selling high spells and to the right of them will have a secret passage) and keep throwing it at the clouds of darkness. You also need to have a devout and use the spell curaga (prefer curaja) and heal yourself. If you need to use arise, everyone else should use a elixir accept if you character(s) Have full health. (THIS IS THE REAL WAY HOW TO KILL THE DARK CLOUD CAUSE I DID THIS AND IT WORKED AND THE DARK CLOUD DIED LIKE A NOOOOOOOOOOBB) haha lol. all you need is two healers and two attackers that don't die in one hit like warriors or etc. make your two healers cast spells like protect to take off some dmge and haste to make them faster and to hit first b4 the dark cloud. and every turn have one guy heal your entire party with the spel Curaga or Curaja, NO cure or cura. Each person should be equiped with a ribbon so bad breath doesn't effect them. when one healer's mana (MP) is low, make your fastest unit use an elixer if you know how to duplicate them. After i did this i killed it in 6 turns or so xD. all units should be around lvl 50- 60 and job levels 60-99. You shouldn't have a ninja cause their armor is too weak. get attackers who can use crystal armor, gloves, and helms. MAKE SURE YOUR UNITS ARE EQUIPTED WITH RIBBONS OR YOU WILL DIE. seriously. you have to kill the 4 minibosses in the dark world before you can even scratch the dark cloud. if you dont kill them, you don't do any damage at all and he does 9999 dmge and your screwed. so kill the mini bosses. The first time in Xande's chamber where you fight the dark cloud, let it kill you cause its supposed to and then you come back. DARK CLOUD is SUPER easy if you know what to do.
